A procedure for cleanup and determination of Dursban® in milk and tissues of cattle is described. Extracts containing 0.05 ppm (milk) and 0.012 ppm (tissue) were successfully cleaned up, using a silicic acid or Florisil column, with detection of residues by electron capture gas chromatography. Recoveries ranged from 75 t o 100%.
