The present study seeks to investigate the effect of using a training program in improving the emotional adjustment and its effect in reducing the social communication disorder (pragmatic) for a sample of behaviorally disorderly children. The setting was a primary school in Rafha, Saudi Arabia. 60 students were identified as a final sample out of 90 students in many schools in Rafha province with 9.4 years as an average age using standard and validated scales. The quasiexperimental method has been used whereby these students were divided into two groups each 30 students, the experimental group, received 25 sessions from 20-30 minutes each ،three times a week, for two months during 2019\2020. The study concluded that the program was efficient in improving the emotional adjustment (the ability to temper control, social assertiveness, mood Repair, and anxiety control), and was efficient in reducing social communication disorder (pragmatic) for a sample of behavioral disorder children. The training program could improve the emotional adjustment of the behavioral disorder children and this was significantly reflected in reducing their level of social communication disorder (pragmatic).
The current research aimed at developing a structural model to verify the relationships and influences between the bullying, burnout, job satisfaction (JS), coping strategy (CS) and organizational commitment (OC) among a sample of teachers in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. the research relied on the correlative descriptive curriculum using the structural equation modeling method, the study was conducted on a sample of (455) male and female teachers, and the researchers used several tools, which are (bullying scale -burnout scale -job satisfaction scale -coping strategies scale -organizational commitment scale), and the results stated that bullying has a statistical significant positive effect on burnout, bullying has no statistical significant effect on coping strategies, bullying has a statistical significant negative effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment (OC), moreover, burnout has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment while both coping strategies and job satisfaction have statistical significant positive effect on organizational commitment as for coping strategies and for job satisfaction, the mediation analysis yielded a significant negative indirect relationship between bullying and organizational commitment through burnout, job satisfaction also mediated the relationship from bullying to organizational commitment (OC) with a significant negative effect, finally, the indirect relationship between bullying and organizational commitment (OC) through coping strategies is insignificant.
Purpose of Study: The study aimed to show and clarify the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the use of story strategy in educating mothers of preschool children from electronic harassment and the negative effects of internet use. Methodology: It indicated the importance of controlling and following up the use of children's websites and programs in general and in particular their excessive use of all social networking and instant messaging sites as they fastest and cheaper without parental control which makes them vulnerable to electronic harassment especially who use this sites without awareness of their danger .the program was applied on a sample consisting of (30) mother's of preschool children's in fayoum governorate, sinuras center. Result: The study found the effectiveness of the proposed program by using life stories in educating mother's of preschool children in ways to protect their children from electronic harassment, and also recommended that the role of parents in sensitizing children's to the harm caused by the use of smartphones and tablets should be enhanced and the importance of mother's devoting special to their children in addition to the need to provide sports activities through the family in use the child time and legalize the use of telephones, and theater storybooks to inform children about the importance of safe surfing and the need to download privacy protection program into virtual world sites.
