The aim of the research is to determine the effects of the arthistic gymnastics program on the Physical fitness of adolescents. The sample of participants consisted of 28 participants, males, aged 14 years ± 6 months, seventh grade of "Bubanjski Heroji" elementary school in Niš. The sample was divided into two subgroups. The experimental group (EG) consisted of 14 participants who, during the experimental period, realized the program of artistic gymnastics during the main phase of a physical education class, ten weeks in two classes of 45 minutes. The control group (CG) consisted of 14 participants who during the experimental period realized the program contents of regular physical education in the main phase of physical education. The sample of motorized measuring instruments consisted of three variables of explosive power (standing long jump, triple jump off the site and vertical jump) and three variants of sprint run (20m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start, 30m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start and 50m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start). The program "Statistica" 8.0 for Windows was used, for calculation of basic statistics, canonical discriminatory analysis and multivariate analysis of covariates. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant effects of the use of the artistic gymnastics exercises in the main part of the physical education course on the Physical fitness of the adolescent of the EG at the end of the experimental period.
Goal work is to determine the structure of situational motor skills in handball, code students of the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Leposavić, aged 19 to 21. By applying the method of component factor analysis inthree latent dimensions are isolated in the situational motor space: the first is responsible for the speed of movement without the ball and with the ball and handling the ball; the second for the power of throwing the ball and situational accuracy of shooting from 7 m; The results of the research confirmed the connection between isolated latent situational motor dimensions and that the speed of ballless movement with the ball, ball handling, ball throwing power and situational accuracy depend on the same regulatory mechanisms. The conclusion is that in determining the optimal anthropological model in domain kinesiological education, planning, programming and selection in handball, special attention should be paid to situational motor skills.
Cilj rada je utvrđivanje strukture situaciono motoričkih sposobnosti u rukometu, kod studenata Fakulteta za sport i fizičko vaspitanje u Leposaviću, starosti od 19 do 21 godine. Primenom metode komponentne faktorske analize u situaciono motoričkom prostoru izolovane su tri latentne dimenzije: prva odgovorna za brzinu kretanja bez lopte i sa loptom i baratanja loptom; druga za snagu izbačaja lopte i situacionu preciznost šutiranja sa 7 m; treća za baratanje loptom i situacionu preciznost šutiranja sa 9 m.Rezultati istraživanja su potvrdili povezanost izolovanih latentnih situaciono motoričkih dimenzija kao i da brzina kretanja bez lopte, sa loptom, baratanje loptom, snaga izbačaja lopte i situaciona preciznost zavise od istih regulacionih mehanizama. Zaključak je da pri određivanju optimalnog antropološkog modela u domenu kineziološke edukacije, planiranja, programiranja i selekcije u rukometu, posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti situaciono motoričkim sposobnostima.
The goal of this research is to determine the modal characteristics of technical and tactical actions in handball offense. The subject sample consists of elite Serbian national handball teams. The observed variables are selected based on the unique criteria that characterizes the conclusion of the offensive actions, both in situations when there is an equal and unequal number of players on the field. The results confirm that all analysed actions are not equally represented in play of the observed teams and that there are multiple factors that contribute to the final team standing. The data shows that the defining characteristic and the highest offensive efficiency of the best teams was achieved by using counterattacks, which is to be expected given the fast pace of the modern handball.

Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je utvr ivanje razlike u antropometrijskim karakteristikama, body mass index-u, procentu i koli ini masti kod u enika osnovnih škola i džudista Tutina starih 10 godina. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku 43 u enika i 10 džudista starosti 10 godina iz Tutina. Rezultati su pokazali da nema statisti ki zna ajne razlike u razvojnim karakteristikama izuzev obima trbuha (p= .05) ije vrednosti kod džudista iznose 62,9 cm, a kod u enika 67,7 cm. Vrednosti body mass index-a kod u enika iznose 17,7±3,05 kg/m 2 a kod džudista 17,9±3,01 kg/m 2 . Vrednosti masti u procentima i apsolutnim vrednostima ukazuju da su statisti ki zna ajno ve e kod u enika u odnosu na džudiste na nivou zna ajnosti (p= .00).Klju ne re i: antropometrijske karakteristike, telesni sastav, u enici, džudisti.Abstract: Physical activity and sports have an more important role in a regular growth and development, with optimal sustainment of body mass and fatty tissue. The basic goal of this research is to determine the differences in anthropometric characteristics, body mass index, percent and quantity of fat of students of the elementary schools and judoists in Tutin. The research has been conducted on an sample of 43 students and 10 judoists from Tutin, age 10 years. The results showed that there aren't any statistic differences in the development characteristics, except in the abdomen volume (p=.05) whose judists value is 62,0 cm and the students value 67,7 cm Value o the body mass index of the students are 17,7±3,05 kg/m² and at the judoists 17,9±3,01 kg/m². UvodUkoliko po emo od injenice da gojazne osobe imaju telesnu masu iznad prose nih vrednosti za odre eni uzrast, možemo zaklju iti da je u svetu sve ve i broj gojaznih. Uz prekomernu težinu, gojaznost se karakteriše i prekomernom koli inom telesnih masti (Mišigoj-Durakovi i sar., 1999). Ovo je, pre svega, posledica zi ke neaktivnosti uz nekontrolisani unos visoko kalori ne hrane.
