The system of binocular vision sensor was used in the air-to-air close air target positioning in the paper. Due to the limitation of model itself, the measurement accuracy along the direction of optical axis is far lower than the accuracy of vertical direction. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the optical axis, the paper put forward to using laser range sensor to cooperate with binocular vision sensor; Then the paper proposed adopts adaptive weighted fusion algorithm of multi-sensor information fusion to improve the utilization efficiency of multi-sensor information and to make the results accurately; Finally, the parameters of the system were calibration respectively and experiment is simulated, experimental results show that the position system is feasibility and effectiveness.
A new type of high dynamic variable speed hydraulic control system is developed in this paper. In this system, a fixed displacement hydraulic pump is driven by an electrical motor which is controlled by a frequency inverter, so the discharge of the pump can be modified by changing the speed of the motor. A proportional directional valve is used to acquire higher low-speed control precision and faster dynamic response while the system is decelerating. In order to improve the dynamic response while the system is accelerating, an energy regulation device is employed in the system. The digital simulation results show that this system has higher efficiency than valve control system. Further more it has faster dynamic response and higher low-speed control precision than normal variable speed hydraulic control system.
In order to meet the requirements of the business enterprises for equipment monitoring instruments, an embedded data acquisition and analysis system based on Linux technique has been developed, and its hardware configuration and software structure were described. The system incorporates many functions in a unit, including data acquisition, real-time display, storage, analysis, and communication, etc., and has a high scalability, maintainability and reliability. The experiment results showed that its functions is stable, and can be widely used in the system monitor and diagnosis in various equipment and installations.
