The article justifies the relevance of consideration of the knowledge management issue in the context of the development of the digital economy and society intellectualization. It considers specific characteristics of the digital economy and society intellectualization to establish an effective knowledge management mechanism. Among the characteristics of the digital economy, the formation of technological consciousness, the change of time-and-value management aspects, the digitalization of economic and public life, forming and building the digital market, the transformation of cultural values, and the formation of virtual environment culture are distinguished. The interrelationship of these characteristics was emphasized. The work describes new tendencies in the knowledge management system based on the synergetic connection between technological components and behavioral aspects in management. It is stated that the technological consciousness formation can be traced in unilateral absolutization of technological and technical factors of society growth, which will lead to the domination of knowledge of technological nature rather than the conceptual one. The article emphasizes that establishing and building a digital market will cause changes of uncertain nature, in particular, there is a high possibility that the market will disappear physically in the future. Under these circumstances, the labor market structure will face changes, the emergence of new professions will displace those which are not connected to digital competency. It is concluded that this situation can cause some social problems in society because the modern labor market embraces the category of elderly people who would get in the rejected (excluded) class. The article highlights the importance of strengthening close integration of education, science, and business to determine the types of knowledge which will be in demand in the market, some methods and forms of gaining this knowledge, and effective transition and stimulation of different flows of knowledge into a single integral track.
Relationship between motivation and evaluation of the personnel in the enterprise management system as a purposeful influence on employees' performance is substantiated; the new tasks set before employees in modern challenging conditions are outlined. There are defined today's new challenges that are becoming a reality and are determining the new tasks set for national management. The basic essential components of personnel motivation and evaluation are presented; the content analysis of the personnel assessment tasks depending on manifestation of specific trends in society is made. Relevant principles of motivation and evaluation of personnel are indicated, the need for the formation of innovative mechanism for managing the personnel efficiency and work is emphasized. The mechanism is supposed to combine motivation and evaluation contexts and harmonize relations between employers, managers and employees.
The article focuses on the analysis of the sociomapping method used for modeling the personnel optimal behavior at the enterprise, as well as on the method efficiency evaluation within the framework of the conducted research. It is suggested to apply the sociomapping method for evaluating the efficiency of the enterprise corporate culture and for the analyzing the enterprise collective organizational behavior in general. The key benefits and drawbacks of the sociomapping method application are considered within the framework of the enterprise social networks analysis.
The main purpose is to determine ways to ensure the protection of the competitive advantages of the engineering enterprises innovation security management system. The object of the research is competitive advantages and systems for ensuring their protection for engineering enterprises. The research methodology involves the use of modern graphical modeling techniques to increase the effectiveness of the innovative safety management system in the context of ensuring the protection of competitive advantages. The relevance of the research is added by the fact that at the moment the issue of competitive advantages in ensuring innovative safety of the engineering enterprise is highlighted quite sporadically, mainly in terms of a certain type of competitive advantages. The obtained research results are presented in graphic form and can be used by managers of engineering enterprises. Further research should be devoted not only to ensuring the protection of competitive advantages, but also to the key tools for their development for the engineering sector of the economy.
