This research aims to determine the development of humanistic multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education, and implementation of Islamic religious education in a culture of tolerance in SMA Negeri Model Madani Palu. This research uses qualitative method through purposive sampling technique approach. The result of this research showed that the development of humanistic multicultural values in the learning of Islamic education is carried out according to the objectives, materials, methods and evaluation of learning in the syllabus and RPP 3 (three) hours a week. Extracurricular activities held every Saturday as an additional lesson of Islamic religious education and manners through the school program "Bina Imtaq". Culture of tolerance implemented through the learning of Islamic education and character through the attitude and exemplary teachers of Islamic education and teachers of other subjects Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan pendidikan multikultural humanistik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan implementasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam budaya toleransi di SMA Negeri Model Madani Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualititaf (qualitative research) dengan pendekatan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan nilai-nilai multikultural humanistik dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dilaksanakan sesuai tujuan, materi, metode dan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam silabus dan RPP 3 (tiga) jam dalam seminggu. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dilaksanakan setiap hari sabtu sebagai tambahan pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan budi pekerti melalui program sekolah "Bina Imtaq".Budaya toleransi terlaksana melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan budi pekertimelalui sikap dan keteladanan guru pendidikan agama Islam dan guru-guru mata pelajaran lainya
The objective of this research aims to inestigate the transformativeleadership of school principal paradigm in developing the religious and social character of students at SMA Model Palu, Central Sulawesi. This research uses qualitative proposed by Bogdan dan Taylor. The technique of data analysis uses Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis. The results indicate that, first, transformativeleadership of school principal paradigm is able to build commitment and cooperativeness in making changes, development, and improvement of the learning quality, management of educational quality administration that produces outstanding students. Second, it is able to develop a religious and social culture in changing the thinking and attitude paradigm of students who are obedience to God, honest, sincere, and have a social character in developing the students’ attitudes on cooperativeness, cooperation, brotherhood, empathy, and tolerance. The development of religious and social personalities is carried out in an integrated manner through curricular and extra-curricular activities

The purpose of this paper to analyze the communication headmaster duties and functions of leadership in the religious character building of students. Qualitative methods used scrutinize the meaning of the study contains analysis techniques of data reduction, data display and data verification. This paper has resulted in findings; First, communication headmaster leadership in carrying out duties effectively develop the religious character of learners. Second;religious character values developed in the private learners were devout religious practices, mutual respect, social care, have an attitude of individual learning motivation and collaboration, and to produce an honest attitude, creative, responsible and inclusive on a private learners.
Image culture based on local culture is an innovation in the world of education with the use of contextual learning media based on local culture as a source of learning. The purpose of this study was to improve skills teachers in designing image media as a source of learning for elementary school teachers in Sigi District who had implemented the 2013 curriculum. The research method applied was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which referred to Kemmis Mctaggart consisting of two cycles and every silkus consists of four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. Data collection techniques use analysis Qualitative Observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of image media based on local culture as a source of learning in elementary schools can be useful for teachers and in implementing provides an overview of how to implement image media integration as a source of learning local wisdom in SD Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi so as to carry out active and enjoyable learning which can improve student learning outcomes.
