The use of distance learning technology in the organization of the educational process, as well as the rapid acquisition of new scientific knowledge, results in high effectiveness. Virtual training techniques make it possible to obtain additional knowledge about a topic easily. Any of the most significant science and technological topics are the incorporation of distance technology into the educational process and the investigation of strategies for their successful use, as well as the creation of distance learning courses. Based on the above, the use of Moodle in Teaching from distance learning to the E-learning 5.0 of new technology are complete enough to enable the user to work optimally on the assignment questions provided.
The implementation objective of this research that was to find out how to service the guidance of a career and the introduction of career students in SMK 1 Enrekang. The method of this research that was qualitative with the subject of research that was the students in SMK 1 Enrekang. The results of research which based on the data results of the questionnaire service guidance career for choice of career showed that the importance of information about the type of work that was useful (40%) until (60%) strongly agrees. Consider interest (80%) strongly agree. Information world of work and the media type of the job (90%) highly agree. Jobs that require expertise (75%) strongly agree. The work of entertaining the crowd (60%) strongly agrees. Lacks of understanding the influence of education (60%) strongly agree, (35%) agree. Difficulty channelling hobbies (70%) strongly agree. Confused determine the school continued conformity ability (90%) highly agree While the data relationship introductions career against the choice of career showed the percentage of the will of the parents (50%) less agree. Work activities verbal such as lawyers (50%) did not agree. Work activities expression of self and creation (70%) did not agree. So it could be concluded that 60% of students who chosen the service guidance of a career that was implemented in the school had the benefit important for students and 80% of students who agree to be holding introductory career to give referrals.
Teaching studies regarding the study of developing teaching variations in facing industry 4.0 challenges. The approach commonly used in guidance activities is a group approach and an individual approach. A group approach is usually called group guidance and an individual approach is called individual counseling. Group guidance aims to help solve problems that are felt by groups of students through group activities, or problems that are individual in nature, namely those felt by an individual as an individual. members of the group. the purpose of this guidance effort includes five main functions that should be carried out by an independent person, namely; knowing yourself and the environment as it is, accepting yourself and the environment in a positive and dynamic manner, making decisions, directing yourself and making yourself happen.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku terisolir. (ii) untuk mengetahui dampak perilaku terisolir hubungan dengan teman sebaya. (iii) untuk mengetahui bentuk layanan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan konseling terhadap siswa yang terisolir di SMPN Satu Atap 4 Bonggakaradeng. (iv) untuk mengetahui bentuk perubahan perilaku siswa setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan konseling dari guru bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa perilaku subjek adalah (i) menghindar dari teman-teman (ii) menyendiri saat melakukan kegiatan kelompok, (iii) kurang berpartisipasi dan subjek ke dua (i) menyendiri saat melakukan kegiatan (ii) melamun di dalam kelas dan malu-malu. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku terisolir adalah faktor internal yaitu pendiam, pemalu, kurang percaya diri dan faktor eksternal yaitu ekonomi, lingkungan dan pengalaman masa kecil. Dampak perilaku terisolir yaitu hubungan sosial dengan teman sebaya kurang bagus, di jauhi oleh teman-teman kelompok, kemampuan dalam menerima materi pelajaran kurang sehingga malas mengerjakan tugas sekolah. Bentuk layanan yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan konseling di sekolah terhadap perilaku terisolir kedua subjek adalah layanan bimbingan individual dan layanan konsultasi. Penerapan layanan bimbingan individual dan layanan konsultasi terhadap masalah siswa terisolir menunjukkan adanya perubahan peningkatan perilaku dari negatif ke arah perilaku positif.
