Abstrak: Masalah kesejahteraan warga kampung perkotaan yang padat dan kumuh di kota metropolitan Surabaya menjadi perhatian pemerintahan saat ini. Kesejahteraan warga bisa diukur dari perkenonomiannya. Perekonomian yang baik dapat dicapai dengan berwirausaha. Namun, tidak banyak warga kampung perkotaan yang berwirausaha dikarenakan kekurangan modal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabadian masyarakat bermetode service learning ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi warga dalam peningkatan kualitas kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Kegiatan ini dibagi dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahap pra-pelaksanaan berupa survei dan penggalangan dana, tahap pelaksanaan berupa lomba anak-anak, lomba mengecat tong sampah, dan pengecatan & pengisian kolam lele, tahap pasca-pelaksaan berupa acara ramah-tamah. Hasil dari program ini adalah pembuangan sampah warga yang terfasilitasi dan peningkatan perekonomian warga melalui wirausaha ternak lele. Kedepannya, hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kesejahteraan warga.Kata kunci: Antusiasme, service-learning, kampung perkotaan, pembuangan sampah, kesejahteraan.Abstract: The problem of the welfare of dense and slum urban village residents in the metropolitan city of Surabaya is the concern of the current government. The economy can measure the welfare of citizens. A good economy can achieve by entrepreneurship. However, not many urban village residents are entrepreneurs because of lack of capital. The purpose of this community devotion in the form of the service-learning method is to facilitate citizens in improving the quality of health and well-being. This activity divided into several stages, namely the preimplementation stage in the form of surveys and fundraising, the implementation stage in the form of a children's competition, painting the trash can, and painting and filling catfish ponds, then the post-implementation stage in the form of hospitality. The results of this program are facilitated community waste disposal and improvement of the community's economy through catfish farming. In the future, the outcomes of this program are expected to improve the quality of health and welfare of citizens.
