at the micro level ensures the growth of the given value and income of the company, at the macro level it ensures the country's economic growth and the accumulation of national wealth. The necessity of using the experience of developed countries to activate the sphere of intellectual property of Ukraine through the use of mechanisms of direct administrative-departmental action, direct state subsidized financing of research, as well as implementation of state targeted programs of different levels by allocating funds on the basis of contracts concluded with the winners of the respective competitions, creation of innovative structures by the state or with the participation of the state is proved. It is emphasized that at the moment the Ukrainian economy is at the stage of overcoming the recession, at the same time, the economic growth rate is quite low, for almost ten years there has been a reduction in funding for the development of an intellectual product, as there is currently no comprehensive mechanism for stimulating innovation in Ukraine, in particular financial support through the mobilization of domestic enterprise resources and attracting foreign direct investment, state support for innovation is insufficient and the mechanism for long-term bank lending to enterprises is not fully involved.
This article is devoted to an analytical review of the situation in the energy sector of Ukraine, taking into account constructive changes in the connection of the Ukrainian energy system to ENTSO-E and the destructive situation caused by industrial infrastructure failures and economic renewal. It focuses on Ukraine in the context of the principles of decentralization in the direction of significantly increasing the net cost of microgeneration, decarbonization and the transition to "green" energy. The national resource potential of energy-efficient and energy-saving technologies is systematized and the applied recommendations are provided to support state and local trends in energy sector development, namely energy storage projects, distributed generation and microgeneration based on Net Energy Metering to support small projects that solve energy problems. Included are institutional proposals for the establishment of the Agency for Decarbonization in Ukraine for the "green" transition, with broad powers of communication and the ability to make decisions on reducing carbon emissions in all areas. The possibility and expediency of using the concept of innovation is considered both from the global point of view of Ukrainian industry (with the potential prospect of using Ukraine's industrial and logistics infrastructure as a mega-industrial park for the EU) and in the local sense of national energy, including improvements to the EU's energy balance. It has been proven that the use of the nearshoring mechanism in Ukrainian industry in general, and in the energy sector in particular, can improve Europe's energy balance, which has deteriorated over the past five years. Thus, the negative trend of the EU energy balance in thousands of tons of oil equivalent and in percentage terms was demonstrated. To improve the situation, the forecast of energy prices for individual EU countries was calculated taking into account Ukraine's integration into the European energy system. The analysis and calculations revealed a potentially possible level of price reductions in some EU countries up to 20%. Recommendations are for improving energy-management efficiency at the regional level in particular, ensuring transparency in the development of renewable energy sources, using significant national potential of biofuels and increasing natural gas production, developing a business model of gas distribution center in Western Ukraine, which will be part of national gas distribution system and the European energy market.
The article is devoted to the research of methodological aspects of commercialization of intellectual property objects as a form of entrepreneurial activity in the innovation sphere. The modern tendencies of development of the entrepreneurial environment of Ukraine in the conditions of knowledge economy are characterized and the role of intellectual property in the modern economy is defined. The importance of commercialization of intellectual property objects at the macro, meso and macro levels has been substantiated and the main dominant strategic development priorities have been established: speed of business processes and compliance with the target group of consumers on the basis of innovative development. The study identified differences in the commercialization of intellectual property objects from the commercialization of ordinary goods. The role of the state in the process of commercialization of intellectual property objects is argued and the process of transfer of intellectual property objects is constructed, as the main consecutive stages of which are defined: business incubator of ideas of intellectual property objects — creation of intellectual property objects — high-tech products (innovative services). Focusing on the economic aspect, the forms of commercialization of intellectual property under different conditions of use are defined and characterized — in own production, introduction of intellectual property rights in the authorized capital and transfer of ownership and use rights. Drawing on the experience of industrialized countries, there are certain benefits to the commercialization of intellectual property through the purchase of patents and licenses, including the most valuable foreign technology. The traditional approach to the identification of the stages of the life cycle of an intellectual property object has been improved, each of which graphically depicts the change in the economic effect (cash receipts and cash expenditures). In order to ensure high efficiency of the process of commercialization of intellectual property objects and increase their innovative activity at each stage of promotion of intellectual property objects on the market, the need to reorganize (transform) individual components of business models of subjects of managing the consumer market is argued. Considering the interdependence of the process of commercialization of intellectual property objects with strategic resources, as the key ones, the importance of the competencies, opportunities, and abilities of all participants of the process of commercialization have been identified and argued.
