<p>The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of fundamental and macroeconomic analysis on stock price. The research was conducted at a coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fundamental analysis measured by current ratio, debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), and total assets turnover (TATO), while macroeconomic analysis is measured by inflation and exchange rate. Current ratio (CR) has a positive effect on Stock Price. Strengthening this level of liquidity can provide information to investors to decide to buy shares of companies that tend to be healthy and stable. Return on assets (ROA) has a positive and significant influence on stock price. Efforts to maximize the level of profitability by increasing the value of return on assets can provide information to investors that investments invested in the company will provide good profit. The impact of stock prices will rise. While debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS) and total assets turnover (TATO) have no effect on Stock Price. Macroeconomic analysis shows: (a) Inflation rate has no effect on stock price of coal company. This can be because the inflation rate in Indonesia is at the level of 6% -7% per year and included in the category of mild inflation. Mild inflation resulted in very slow economic growth, not affecting stock prices. The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on coal company stock price. If the Rupiah is depreciated then the stock price of the coal company will decrease.</p>
This paper investigates the changes in stock market returns before and after the announcement of a sample of three instalments, or 'volumes', (I, X, and XVI) of the Indonesian government's Economic Policy Package (EPP), between 2015 and 2017. It tracks Abnormal Return (AR) and Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR) on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) and ten sectorial indices of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By testing for the direction and significance of differences in AR and CAR, the paper aims to clarify whether those announcements provided sufficient informational content to sway prices. The study finds that the impact of the policy announcements was recorded primarily by individual sectors, but did not elicit a significant market-wide response. Moreover, the majority of economic sectors consistently reacted negatively. This shows that, overall, capital markets did not feel those government policies contain sufficient measures to remove obstacles to business activity.

Much of the research on organizational commitment has generated findings that organizational commitment considers to predict individual performance. The purpose of the study is to examine the factors that affect organizational commitment, namely work-life balance and job satisfaction. The study was conducted at PT. PLN Indonesia, and mainly utilized quantitative data (from questionnaires). The sample for the study consisted of 210 permanent employees of PT. PLN. Path analysis was used to find out the relationship among variables. The results showed, there was a positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; a negative effect work-life balance on organizational commitment; a positive effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction; a positive effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. This study proposed some recommendations tostrong indicators that have a high contribution to the organizational commitment in order to improve employees' organizational commitment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; pengaruh negatif work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi; pengaruh positif work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja; pengaruh positif work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini mengusulkan beberapa rekomendasi indikator kuat yang memiliki kontribusi tinggi terhadap komitmen organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan.
