The purposes of this study are to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturer at Merdeka University Pasuruan. Data analysis uses a quantitative analysis. Population in this research are all permanent lecturers at Universitas Merdeka Pasuruan as 43 lecturers. Sample taken by census method. The results of research show that: 1) competence has a significant influence on the performance of lecturer, 2) work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of lecturer, 3) job staisfaction has a significant influence on the performance of lecturer, 4) job satisfaction has a dominant effect on lecturer performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) How the contribution of project-based entrepreneurship learning; (2) What is the student's entrepreneurial interest; (3) How independent are students; (4) How does project-based entrepreneurship learning affect students' entrepreneurial interest and independence. The method in this research is quantitative survey. According to the results of the study, the t-count value is 5.517 and the t-table number is 2.002, so that t-count> t-table, which means that there is a significant influence between Project-Based Learning on Entrepreneurial Interest, while the magnitude of the influence is obtained a coefficient value of 0.669 for the effect of learning. project based on entrepreneurial interest. Meanwhile, for the effect of entrepreneurship learning on student independence, the t-count is 5.993 and the t-table number is 2.002, so that t-count> t-table. This means that there is a significant influence between project-based learning on independence. There is also a coefficient value of 0.696, which means that when there is an increase in project-based learning, it will increase Independence by 0.696. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value is 0.618 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.382. This means that there is an influence between the Project-Based Learning variable on Independence of 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other variables that the researchers did not involve in this study.

This research aims to determine the effect of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional quotient (EQ) and workload to the quality of nurses' services at Puskesmas in Pasuruan. This type of research is quantitative research. The populations of this research are 80 nurses at Puskesmas in Pasuruan and all taken as a sample. The technique data analysis of this research is a multiple linear regression test. The result of this research indicates that the Intelligence Quotient (IQ) influences the quality of nurses' service in Pasuruan city, while the Emotional Quotient (EQ) and workload do not influence the quality of nurses in Pasuruan city.

Pengolahan hasil bercocok tanam di Desa Cukurgondang menjadi aneka camilan jadul selama ini masih dikerjakan secara manual dengan kemasan plastik yang tipis serta belum memiliki ijin usaha, sehingga hasil produksi belum bisa menembus konsumen secara luas. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan bantuan berupa mesin pres kemasan (sealing) yang dapat membantu pekerja mengemas produk dengan rapi serta membuatkan label pada produk agar menarik serta informatif di pasar. Selain itu pengabdian ini juga membantu mendapatkan ijin usaha agar UMKM memiliki sarana untuk mengikuti program-program yang dicanangkan pemerintah ke depan baik pelatihan juga kemungkinan pemberian bantuan usaha. Metode adalah dengan survey lokasi dan pasar, pengadaan mesin pres serta pembuatan label produk, mengurus ijin usaha, penyerahan peralatan dan label produk serta sertifikat ijin usaha kemudian pelatihan pengoperasian mesin serta pemberian wawasan terkait manfaat diperolehnya ijin usaha. Obyek pengabdian adalah pengrajin aneka camilan jadul “Bu Cuplik”, Desa Cukurgondang, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil kontribusi menunjukkan bahwa setelah ada perbaikan mutu dan penampilan pada packaging mampu menarik minat konsumen serta memiliki kesempatan dipasarkan ke outlet dan toko.
