Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 16 mitra UMKM di Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros dengan tujuan menambah pengetahuan peserta akan pentingnya pemasaran produk melalui media online dari smartphone. permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Pada sesi diskusi, para mitra UMKM dibekali dengan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pemasaran produk secara digital dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan perangkat dan aplikasi media sosial sehingga para pelaku UMKM dapat membuat atau menggunakan salah satu aplikasi digital online atau beberapa situs penjualan online dengan biaya”minimal.Salah satu contoh yang di paparkan oleh pemateri adalah teknik atau cara melakukan pengambilan foto produk yang akan ditampilkan dan dipromosikan melalui media sosial. Kegiatan sosialisasi terlaksana dengan baik dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh pelaku UMKM. Di akhir acara sosialisasi, masih ada peserta yang meminta waktu selama beberapa hari ke depan untuk melakukan kegiatan serupa dan mau mengajak temannya yang belum sempat mengikuti kegiatan supaya memiliki pengalaman yang sama.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah melalui pendidikan matematika realistik lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah melalui pendidikan matematika realistik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desaqin dua kelompok dengan pretest dan posttest. Populasi penelitin adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tomia. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu esay test. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah N Gain score untuk tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat perbedaan nilai rata rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata rata 78,34 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 54,22. Maka kriteria keektifan didasarkan pada gain score diperoleh presentase kelas eksperimen sebesar 78% termaksud dalam kategori tinggi maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.
The objective of this study is toexamine the influence of corporate governance and intangible assets to ward financial distress. Corporate governance in this study is measured by board of directors, independent board, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the audit committee. Intangible assets used in this study are measured by allintangible assets owned by the company. The populationin this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which continuously published financial statements in 2010-2012. Based on purposive sampling method, the sample consisted of 21companies in the period 2010-2012 in order to obtain 63 observation data. Financial distress in this studyis measured by the AltmanZscore. Hypothesis testing based on multiple linearr egressions showed that the board of directors and independent board have positive influence on financial distress. The result also showed that managerial ownership has negative influence on financial distress, while institutional ownership, audit committee and intangible assets has no influence on the financial distress.
This study aimed to analyze government policies in education during the Covid-19 pandemic and how teachers exercised discretion in dealing with limitations in policy implementation. This research work used the desk review method to obtain data on government policies in the field of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, interviews were conducted to determine the discretion taken in implementing the learning-from-home policy. There were three learning models during the pandemic: face-to-face learning in turns (shifts), online learning, and home visits. Online learning policies did not work well at the pandemic’s beginning due to limited infrastructure and human resources. To overcome various limitations, the government provided internet quota assistance and curriculum adjustments and improved online learning infrastructure. The discretion taken by the teachers in implementing the learning-from-home policy was very dependent on the student’s condition and the availability of the internet network. The practical implication of this research is that street-level bureaucrats need to pay attention to discretionary standards when deciding to provide satisfaction to the people they serve.
The research objective was to determine the context evaluation in the community empowerment program of PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama In Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The research was conducted at the PT. Cheers Nugraha Indotama. The research informants were the CSR / PPM Manager, CSR / PPM Consultants, the person in charge of each CSR / PPM field of PT. Cheers Nugraha Indotama. The results showed that the evaluation of the context in the community empowerment program of PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama In Wolo District, Kolaka Regency on the aspect of the organization of the PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama has committed both to the provincial government, district government, sub-district government and village heads to carry out the company's obligations, namely the CSR / PPM program to the community, but in the aspect of social mapping / social mapping, the company has identified the needs of the community but it has not been maximized because it seems lack of programs that touch and empower people to improve their lives so that more attention and programs are needed. The suggestion in this research is the need for in-depth social mapping from the team in charge of the company so that the community is able to feel the benefits of its presence.Keywords: Evaluation, context, community empowerment program
