Abstract. In order to meet the system needs of miniaturization, real-time, high-speed data and high reliability transmission in remote sensing camera, a high-speed serial protocol based on high-speed serial/parallel converter SerDes is proposed. For the SerDes high-speed serial data transmission chip for the physical layer, FPGA for the link layer of the communication system, design high-speed serial transmission communication protocol. Through the development of a simplified protocol for the upper user to provide a simple data interface. The system completed the data rate of 12.5Gbps point to point high-speed transmission. Verification is done by sending a pseudo-random code between boards. System work 3 hours, the measured bit error rate is less than 10 -12 .
Abstract. As requirements of stereo-positioning accuracy of high resolution remote sensing cameras becoming higher and higher, the timing accuracy of imaging should be within a few micro-seconds. However, imaging timing accuracy is easily influenced by frequency drift due to aging of clock sources and temperature variation. In this paper, a high accuracy timing method based on GPS PPS is proposed. According to the timing accuracy analysis, the proposed timing method has higher accuracy compared with conventional timing method. The timing method is illustrated in detail and test results show that the optimal timing method can improve timing accuracy up to higher level which can be used in the field of high resolution remote sensing cameras.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
