Face identification systems are developing rapidly, and these developments drive the advancement of biometric-based identification systems that have high accuracy. However, to develop a good face recognition system and to have high accuracy is something that's hard to find. Human faces have diverse expressions and attribute changes such as eyeglasses, mustache, beard and others. Fisher Linear Discriminant (FLD) is a class-specific method that distinguishes facial image images into classes and also creates distance between classes and intra classes so as to produce better classification.

The use of internet media, especially cloud storage as a practical solution in information and communication should be able to be applied in academics, especially in the scope of teaching and learning. By using cloud storage as a communication medium, especially in sending data in the form of assignments files can facilitate lecturers and students in carrying out one of the mandatory activities in lectures, namely the collection of assignments. The main problem that often occurs is the storage capacity provided by hosting services is very limited, so storing large amounts of files will require large costs as well. Google Drive provides an API driven file storage service that makes it easy for users to create applications that can communicate and interact with 15 GB free storage services. The free service is expected to facilitate teaching and learning activities in lectures, especially in the collection of student assignments

Penggunaan konsep dan metode merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung saat sebuah sistem diimplementasikan untuk menghasilkan suatu keputusan dari beberapa data yang akan diseleksi. Problem Lomba Kompetensi Siswa-Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (LKS-SMK) adalah menyeleksi siswa-siswi terbaik dari seluruh pendaftar untuk dipilih dan diikutkan lomba. Hasil seleksi siswa akan dilakukan pembinaan oleh tim bidang kompetisi dan akan diikut sertakan pada kompetisi keahlian tingkat nasional. Dengan melibatkan sebuah metode, suatu sistem akan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang sesuai untuk penyeleksian data.Metode untuk menentukan hasil seleksi adalah metode Metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realité (Electre). Electre merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria berdasarkan pada konsep Outranking dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan setiap kriteria yang sesuai. Adapun kriteria yang dipakai yaitu: Hasil Gambar, Penguasaan Editing, Penguasaan Software Grafis, Kreativitas, dan Waktu Penyelesaian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu merekomendasikan siswa-siswi yang layak untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam lomba LKS tersebut
