The transformation of garap music into campursari music of the Balisa group in Sragen was motivated by the phenomenon of garap transfer from traditional musical karawitan into campursari musical form. This garap transition is a creative way for Balisa members to work on garap gending, one of which is Gendhing Cucur Bawuk into campursari music. The creative process that occurs in the elements of working on music is manifested in the stages in transforming the processing of gending. The transformation process of gending is influenced by several supporting factors. To answer this problem, the author uses the concept of garap and is supported by thoughts about transformation. This research uses a qualitative methodology, by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies so that information or related data are obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of transformation of music production that occurred in the Balisa Campursari group. The results showed that the transformation of music production in the Campursaari Balisa group went through several stages such as instrument adjustment, laras adjustment, and style adjustment. The factors that support this transformation process are determined by the “penggarap”, garap determinant and garap consideration.Keywords: transformation, campursari music, garap gending.
- Pandemi yang terjadi karena penyebaran Covid-19 merupakan keadaan luar biasa yang terjadi hampir seluruh penjuru dunia. Saat ini penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia sudah menyentuh angka 1 juta orang. Masyarakat saat ini tidak dapat lagi melakukan kegiatan berkumpul atau berinteraksi secara massal. Sektor ekonomi, kesehatan, sosial budaya, pendidikan dan bidang lainnya mengalami perubahan. Dalam sektor pendidikan, pola pendidikan yang semula harus tatap muka saat ini tidak dimungkinkan untuk dikerjakan lagi. Proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dengan pola pembelajaran jarak jauh baik sinkronus maupun asinkronus. Pola ini mempunyai banyak permasalahan, terutama terkait ketidakpahaman guru untuk mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan baik. Terlebih lagi di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini(PAUD). Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mengelola pembelajaran daring dengan baik. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk workshop berupa bagaimana mengelola akun media sosial, mengelola video conference, mengelola kehadiran peserta didik dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dimana sebelumnya jumlah peserta yang paham hanya 19%, setelah pelaksanaan workshop pelatihan, sebanyak 75.5% sudah paham bagaimana menggunakan media daring. Dari sisi peserta didik, setelah pelatihan tersebut mereka lebih antusias mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan media daring
The purpose of this research is to develop a model in implementing Pancasila values in the best practice corporate governance (IPCG) and to examine the relation between IPCG and banking performance in Indonesia. IPCG was measured by using index based on the CG principles which had been adjusted to the values of Pancasila. Bank performance was measured by using ROA, ROE, LDR, and OER. The result shows that Pancasila values have been well implemented in the Indonesian banking. IPCG does not affect ROA and ROE, but negatively effects on LDR and OER, in which LDR becomes lower as IPCG becomes higher, meaning that it has less risk.
