One of the complaints that is often felt by mothers is pain during contractions and effleurage massage is one technique that can cause the effects of distraction and relaxion, thus helping the mother become more relaxed, creating a feeling of comfort, and pain response will decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of effleurage massage on labor pain in the first stage in the practice of Midwife Nuriman Rafida and Latifah Midwife Practice in 2019. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique that was as many as 30 women who had labor pain. The level of pain during the active phase I before the massage effleurage: 16 (53.0%) respondents experienced moderate pain levels and 14 (47.0%) respondents experienced severe pain levels, and none experienced mild pain. The level of pain during the first active phase after effleurage massage: most (57.0%) respondents felt mild pain, still some (33%) respondents who felt moderate pain, and only a small percentage (10%) of respondents felt severe pain. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that giving effleurage massage had a significant effect on pain when I was active phase P value was 0.001 (p<0.05).
One effort to increase the understanding of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy is to carry out social persuasion in the form of education to improve self-efficacy of understanding the danger signs. Education can be done using a variety of media, namely visual media, audio and audio visual. This literature study aims to find out Effectiveness of Self-Efficacy towards Understanding of Pregnancy Danger Signs using Videos and Books of MCH.The design used in this study is the study of literature. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from journal database searches taken through the internet, both national and international journals. The search results obtained as many as 12 journals that are considered in accordance with the purpose of the study. The results of the literature study show that there is an effect of Self-Efficacy on Understanding of the Signs of danger of pregnancy using Video, there is an effect of Self-Efficacy of Understanding of Signs of danger of pregnancy using the MCH Handbook, and Video media is more effective than the Book of MCH. The conclusion of this literature study is The effectiveness of education delivered is affected by a variety of things, one of which is the media used. The better the media used, the easier the reception of material by respondents. Recommendations from this literature study virtue need to improve the health promotion strategy by advocacy strategy, social support strategy and community empowerment strategy
Ikatan ibu dan anak haruslah dibentuk sejak dalam kandungan. Kurangnya pengetahuan bounding attachment pada ibu hamil trimester III dapat menghambat terjadinya bounding attachment. Masalah yang akan terjadi jika bounding attachment mengalami hambatan, maka mengakibatkan perkembangan tingkah laku anakjuga terhambat seperti tingkah laku streotype, social abnormal, kemunduran motorik, kognitif, verbal dan bersikap apatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan tentang bounding attachment menggunakan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Neli Hartati Desa Rengas Bandung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain pra eksperimen menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di PMB Neli Hartati berjumlah 48 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling berjumlah 48 orang. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebelum dilakukan promosi kesehatan menggunakan video animasi adalah 7.81 dan rata-rata sesudah dilakukan promosi kesehatan menggunakan video animasi mengalami peningkatan menjadi 11.40. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan promosi kesehatan tentang bounding attachment menggunakan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III dengan nilai p value =0.000. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan promosi kesehatan tentang bounding attachment menggunakan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester. III. Diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang berkaitan dengan pemberian promosi kesehatan tentang bounding attachment menggunakan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III.
Pada masa kehamilan ibu hamil harus memenuhi kebutuhan gizi untuk dirinya dan untuk pertumbuhan serta perkembangan janin karena gizi janin tergantung pada gizi ibu dan kebutuhan gizi ibu juga harus tetap terpenuhi. Pada tahun 2017 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Aurduri jumlah ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia sebanyak 20.61% dan tahun 2018 meningkat sebanyak 36.40%. Dari survey awal didapatkan 3 dari 5 ibu hamil menunjukan tidak mengetahui apa itu gizi dan tidak satu pun ibu hamil mengetahui apa itu aplikasi quizizz. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh eKIE gizi ibu hamil terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil melalui aplikasi quizizz. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan rancangan analitik quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 213 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus zainuddin sehingga jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu 50 sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum diberikan eKIE gizi ibu hamil 41 (84%) responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik dan 9 (18%) memiliki pengetahuan baik dan setelah diberikan eKIE didapatkan sebanyak 12 (24%) responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik dan berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 38 (76%) reponden. Di dapatkan pengaruh terhadap pemberian eKIE gizi ibu hamil dengan p-value = 0,00 (p<0,05) Penelitian ini juga untuk menambah masukan kepada pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini dengan mempertimbangkan pencegahan penularan virus corona baik bagi ibu ataupun pelayan kesehatan, diimbangi dengan telekomunikasi antara pelayan kesehatan dan ibu hamil secara online.
Complementary food for breast milk is food or drink containing nutrition given to infants or children aged 6-24 months to meet their nutritional needs. Giving complementary foods to breast milk too early in infants can cause indigestion, diarrhea, food allergies, disturbances in appetite regulation and changes in appetite. This research was conducted in June 2019 in the Sungai Manau Health Center Work Area, Merangin Regency. This study is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design, with a sample of 96 mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months. The data analysis used was the chi square test with a significant level of = 0.05. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that there is a relationship between family support and the provision of complementary foods (p<0.01), there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and the provision of complementary foods (p<0.00), there is a relationship between family habits and the provision of complementary foods (p<0.00). <0.00). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that it can provide input in the Sungai Manau Health Center Work Area in order to increase socialization to the community regarding the provision of complementary feeding.
