This study aims to describe the narrative structure of Osakat Anak Asmat novel by Ani Sekarningsih. The narrative structure of the novel OAA analyzed based on Gerard Genette's theoretical perspective, which focuses on five narrative structures, namely order, duration, frequency, mood, and voice. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The data analysis is based on Genette's theory of nathology which includes two stages, namely partial analysis and integral analysis. Based on the results of the research, the OAA novel narrative structure structure is as follows. First, the OAA novel formula is structured in the narrative sequence of the achrony. Secondly, there are two narrative duration movements used, ie scene and pause. Third, the narrative frequency used in the novel is a singular representation. Fourth, narrative mood of OAA novel is narrator technique outside story, focalization technique used is zero focalization. Fifth, narrator techniques and focalizations of OAA novels relate to the level of narrative sounds that are heterodiegetik-ekstradiegetik. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pola struktur naratif novelOsakat Anak Asmat karya Ani Sekarningsih. Struktur naratif novel OAA dianalisis berdasarkan perspektif teori naratologi Gerard Genette yang memfokuskan kajian pada lima struktur naratif, yaitu urutan naratif, durasi naratif, frekuensi naratif, modus naratif, dan suara naratif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data didasarkan pada teori naratologi Genette yang meliputi dua tahapan, yaitu analisis parsial dan analisis integral. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan pola struktur naratif novel OAA sebagai berikut. Pertama, formula novel OAA disusun dengan pola urutan naratif yang akroni (achrony). Kedua, terdapat dua gerakan durasi naratif yang digunakan, yaitu adegan (scene) dan jeda (pause). Ketiga, frekuensi naratif yang digunakan di dalam novel adalah representasi tunggal (singulative representation). Keempat, modus naratif novel OAA adalah teknik narator di luar cerita, teknik fokalisasi yang digunakan adalah fokalisasi nol. Kelima, teknik narator dan fokalisasi novel OAA berhubungan dengan tingkat suara naratifnya yaitu ekstradiegetik-heterodiegetik.
The purpose of this study was to describe the growth mindset model in improving children's story writing. Writing children's stories is part of the learning process to develop literary skills with mastery of language. This type of research is development research, qualitative descriptive method. The method of data collection was carried out by interviewing, documenting, and compiling products to be tested on students and teachers. The research subject is at one school, namely SDIT in Gorontalo City. The results show that writing stories using the growth mindset model can increase students' writing of children's stories. The interest of students in writing is because the guide model includes various types of exercises in creating ideas through positive stories, writing creatively and revealing the wisdom of stories, so that they can retell the contents of the story. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan model growth mindset dalam meningkatkan menulis cerita anak. Menulis cerita anak adalah bagian dari proses pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bersastra dengan penguasaan bahasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyusunan produk untuk diujicobakan pada peserta didik dan guru. Subjek penelitian pada satu sekolah yaitu SDIT di Kota Gorontalo. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa menulis cerita dengan menggunakan model growth mindset dapat meningkatkan peserta didik menulis cerita anak. Ketertarikan peserta didik dalam menulis dikarenakan model panduannya mencantumkan beragam jenis latihan dalam menciptakan ide melalui kisah positif, menulis kreatif dan mengungkapkan hikmah cerita, sehingga dapat menceritakan kembali isi cerita.
