<p>The phenomenon of measuring behavioral loyalty on specific stores or merchants obviously popular, particularly despite the existence of structural and fundamental criticism on specific issue. The objectives of this research is to examine the antecedents of customer loyalty specifically on store loyalty. We operate survey method to gather primary data. The focus of the research is to examine the effect of perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction on store loyalty. The results indicate that customer who perceive low perception of procedural switching costs and high perception of procedural switching costs experienced different perception in their perceived value on customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty, and store image on customer satisfaction. The results shows that the perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship of store loyalty in the different perception of procedural switching costs. Furthermore, procedural switching costs play a significant role in moderating the relationship between customer satisfaction and store loyalty. There was an indirect effect in the relationship between perceived value and store loyalty, which was mediated by customer satisfaction. The indirect effect of the relationship between store image and store loyalty was also proven to be mediated by the customer satisfaction.</p>
This study compares the feasibility of the Bankruptcy prediction model if used to predict manufacturing companies. The test in this study is logistic regression. The sample in this study consisted of 79 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2017 with a purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative research where the analytical tool used is logistic regression test with SPSS version 18.
The study results indicate that of the four models studied. The Springate model cannot predict the bankruptcy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange because it has a significant value of 0.175 > 0.05. This study also indicates that the Altman model is the most appropriate for predicting the bankruptcy of manufacturing companies compared to Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their effects on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkulu Province. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non probability with judgmental techniques (purposive) with a total sample of 270. The results showed that SMEs in Bengkulu Province had run their business with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in good categories. When viewed from the marketing performance, most of them have achieved a fairly good level of performance as well. For this reason, if we look at the influence between variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect at the marketing performance of SMEs in Bengkulu Province. This means that the better market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, the better marketing performance for SMEs in Bengkulu Province. Thus, the hypothesis which states that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can be accepted.

Strategi yang paling tepat untuk tambak udang vannamei adalah mengunakan strategi SO, dengan menggunakan seluruh kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menyebarkan pertanyaan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian IFAS dan EFAS, maka kekuatan yang dimiliki pada PT. CendanaPrioritas Lestari Bengkulu Tengah adalah 19,94 sedangkan kelemahan adalah 5,7 jika kuadran internal faktor yaitu 19,94 -5,7 = 14,24 peluang yang dimiliki dari strategi tersebut sebesar 17,08 untuk ancaman sehingga 10 jadi kuadran eksternal faktor yaitu 17,08 -10 = 7,08 sehingga berada pada kuadran 1 dalam analisis SWOT.

The most appropriate strategy for vannamei shrimp farms is to use SO strategies, using all the power to exploit opportunities. Methods of data collection using questionnaires by spreading questions to respondents. Result of research of IFAS and EFAS, hence power owned at PT. CendanaPrioritas Lestari Bengkulu Tengah is 19.94 while the weakness is 5.7 if the internal quadrant factor is 19. 94 -5.7 = 14.24 the opportunity of the strategy is 17.08 for the threat so that 10 is the external quadrant factor 17 , 08 -10 = 7.08 so that it is in quadrant 1 in SWOT analysis.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pelayanan berbasis SOP pada perbankan syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara terhadap customer service selaku pihak yang pemberi layanan kepada nasabah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah di Kota Bengkulu telah menjalani SOP layanan customer service yaitu senyum, sampaikan salam, fokus pada nasabah dan menawarkan bantuan, inisiatif menggali kebutuhan nasabah, mampu menjelaskan produk dan fitur kepada nasabah, melakukan proses dan permintaan nasabah dengan cepat, akurat, selalu melakukan verifikasi dan komfirmasi, tanggapi permintaan nasabah dengan empati, menawarkan produk dan jasa lainnya (crosseling), menawarkan bantuan kembali, mengucapkan terima kasih dan ditutup dengan salam.
