The purpose of this research is to analyse the direct Effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion Involvement with Impulse Buying. The population of this research is Zalora's customer in Medann are unknown, The sample size 96 respondents with using Bernoulli formula sample sise measurement. Meanwhile, the respondents have criteria, such as: respondent expenditure more than Rp 1.500.000,-, ever bought on Zalora more than three time, and the counsumer are the active internet user in Medan(purposive sampling). Data collection was used the Google form questionnaire and the data analysis method is used associative statistical analysis and Partial-Least Square analysis (SEM-PLS). The results of the research showed that the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable had significant effect with Impulse Buying, the Shopping Lifestyle variable has significant effect with Impulse Buying and the Involvement Fashion variable has significant effect with Impulse Buying.
This study aims to determine whether job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 136 people. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with the sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan.
AbstrakIndustri rumah tangga merupakan salah satu aspek penguatan ekonomi. Daya serapnya yang luas dapat memberdayakan ekonomi rakyat. Keberadaannya perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat membantu pemerintah membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Untuk membantu pemerintah menanggulangi masalah tersebut, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Medan Area terpanggil turut menanggulanginya yang berfokus kepada pemberdayaan industri rumah tangga melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat setempat, aparat dari Disperindag untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kepada pengusaha dodol sipirok tentang cara membuat kemasan yang baik, cara meningkatkan daya saing produksi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada industri rumah tangga dodol milik Fahruddin Ritonga dan Samsul Siagian selama 8 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian, perubahan kemasan dari sumpit menjadi kotak, menambah kepercayaan konsumen terhadap hygienitas dodol. Dengan perubahan kemasan ke dalam bentuk kotak berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan permintaan konsumen. Untuk memenuhi peningkatan permintaan konsumen, pengusaha melakukan penambahan tenaga kerja untuk memproduksi dodol. Penyuluhan yang disampaikan petugas dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan ke tempat usaha dodol rizki dan dodol rahmat sangat bermanfaat untuk menciptakan produk yang sesuai dengan standard kesehatan.Kata kunci: PKM Industri Rumah Tangga, Dodol Sipirok, Tapanuli Selatan.AbstractHome industry is one aspect of strengthening the economy. Its extensive absorption can empower the people's economy. Its existence needs to be improved so that it can help the government open new jobs. To help the government overcome this problem, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Medan was called to participate in overcoming it, which focused on empowering home industries through community service. This activity involved the local community, officials from the Disperindag to provide information and socialization to dodol sipirok entrepreneurs on how to make good packaging, how to improve production competitiveness. This activity was carried out in the dodol home industry owned by Fahruddin Ritonga and Samsul Siagian for 8 months. Based on the results of service, changes in packaging from chopsticks to boxes, adding to consumer confidence in the hygiene hygiene. With changes in packaging in the form of boxes has a positive effect on increasing consumer demand. To meet the increase in consumer demand, employers are adding jobs to produce dodol. Counseling delivered by officers from the Department of Industry and Trade of South Tapanuli Regency to the dodol rizki business place and dodol rahmat is very useful to create products that comply with health standards.Keywords: Home Industry PKM, Dodol Sipirok, South Tapanuli.
This study purposed to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Market Orientation on the Competitive Advantage of Digital Printing MSME in Padang Bulan Medan. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 102 digital printing businesman using the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 51 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results show that partially there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage and there is a positive and significant influence of market orientation on competitive advantage; while simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.588 or 58.8%. This value shows Competitive Advantage can be explained by the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Market Orientation variables of 58.8%. The remaining 41.2% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.
Sebagian masyarakat di Desa Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang berpenghasilan rendah. Untuk menambah penghasilan kaum ibu yang tergabung di Kelompok PKK Desa Sei Rotan membantu untuk mencari penghasilan tambahan dengan membuat makanan olahan rumahan untuk dijual. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para ibu – ibu tersebut adalah metode pembungkusan yang tidak praktis, plastik yang sangat tipis, untuk merekatkan bungkusan menggunakan lilin dengan cara membakar plastik pembungkus, kemudian metode pemasarannya belum memanfaatkan media sosial. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar permasalahan pembungkusan produk, jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan teknik pembungkusan dengan menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer, membimbing mereka mempromosikan produknya di media sosial. Hasil pengabdian dini menunjukkan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar, serta tim pengabdi akan melaksanakan pengabdian untuk tahun berikutnya, dengan rencana membuat desain merek dan pengurusan sertifikat halal bagi produk olahannya. Khalayak sasaran telah memiliki peningkatan kemampuan dalam membungkus produknya secara baik dengan memanfaatkan mesin vacuum sealer, hal ini berdasarkan adanya 67% yang sudah mampu menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer yang sebelumnya tidak mampu menggunakannya. Terdapat 86% khalayak sasaran telah menggunakan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk olahan rumahnya. Kata kunci: Usaha Rumah Tangga, Manajemen Kewirausahaan, PKK, Desa Sei Rotan.
