This study aims to determine the behavior of district officials in the delivery of public services and know the culture of a growing organization in the district office in order to give service in society. Meanwhile at the end of this study, it can provide insight into the raising behavior from organization culture. This study used a qualitative approach, the sampling is purposive data sources on the apparatus districts and snowball on society service recipients in Tamalanrea district. The results showed that reflected behavioral aspects of the experience and discipline of apparatus, transparency and rules observance would make the bureaucracy becomes stiff but it aims to prevent irregularities and chaos in the administration service. Besides that the openness have become important factors in the process of public services, the information provided openly necessary in order to attempt to obtain a compensation. It does not occur to the apparatus meanwhile the service can be sincere. Then the findings of this study indicate that the culture that is built on the ideals, values that exist within the organization over time will form the professional behavioral apparatus.
This study aims to create a policy model for food security, especially sago food, for village governments in Papua. Sago is the main food for the Papuan people, but now it is starting to be replaced with rice. This is due to the decreasing number of sago plants in Papua’s forests and cultural shifts that affect the mindset of food consumption. This study will use qualitative research methods with literature studies and data from several villages that have successfully implemented policies that cultivate sago, make sago food the main food and make sago an attraction for the village as a sago tourism village. The results of this study in the form of a sago food security policy model that is appropriate for use in the village government is a group or group model policy model where the village head will try to unite all groups in the community by bargaining, negotiating and compromising so that the interests of community welfare can be fully stated. In the concept of creative and independent sago food security, but still requires the support of all parties outside the village community group, so that there will be a unification of group interests with the pentahelix concept.
Work stress is a problem that currently becomes a conversation and its position is very important because it relates to work productivity. The progress of the organization relies heavily on the ups and downs of its employees ' work productivity. Therefore, the influence of the two becomes an interesting thing to be examined. This research aims to find out how much work stress affects the working productivity of the employees Central agency of Merauke District. This type of research is quantitative with sampling technique i.e. total sampling. Data processing using SPSS application version 23. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between working stress on the work productivity of the central Statistic agency of Merauke district. From the correlation analysis done, the strength of the influence between the two variables is in the medium category (0.407) with the donation of impact variable work stress to the working productivity variable by 16.6%. The remainder (83.4%), employee work productivity of the District Central Statistics of Merauke regency was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. Work stress experienced by employees of Central Agency Statistics Merauke District is in the low category with the productivity of high-generated work. This is due to the employees of the Central Statistics Agency Merauke District can conduct self-control of the stress experienced, has a high motivation and work and loyalty and has familiarize themselves with the demands of the work So.

The implementation of anti-corruption education at an early age is the foundation of the morality foundation of future generations who dare to say corruption is forbidden. This research aims to provide new ideas to the public or educators to instill anti-corruption values from an early age. The method used is the literature study of relevant texts in the form of journals and literature. The results of this study are to find an Anti-Corruption Education model that is through the method of democracy, joint search, exemplary methods, live in methods that are suitable for children to have high integrity by instilling anti-corruption values, suitable learning resources to support learning activities PAK is a natural and socio-cultural environment, textbooks and text books, audio visuals, and the internet. Suggestions in this study are to urge the government to require Anti-Corruption Education to be given from elementary schools to tertiary institutions.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis community development dalam mewujudkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat petani padi di Kampung Kuprik, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian yakni penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Setelah itu data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk dideskripsikan guna menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa community development dalam mewujudkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat petani padi di Kampung Kuprik belum maksimal dilakukan. Hal ini terlihat dari pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat petani padi melalui program sekolah lapangan, namun kegiatan sekolah lapangan ini sifatnya tidak berkelanjutan dan belum ada komitmen pemerintah dalam menjalakan suatu program. Pengorganisasian kegiatan komunitas masyarakat tani sudah dibentuk dalam kelompok usaha tani, namun kelompok tersebut tidak difungsikan secara baik karena masyarakat tani lebih bekerja secara individu. Pengembangan jaringan kerja di antara sesama anggota kelompok belum maksimal dilakukan. Aspek komunikasi dan informasi dalam pengembangan masyarakat petani padi ada hubungan timbal balik dalam mengkomunikasikan segala informasi yang terkait dengan pengembangan masyarakat petani padi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi community development pada masyarakat petani padi di Kmapung Kuprik, Distrik Semangga antara lain Collective Commitments semua pihak baik dari kelompok usaha tani, Pemerintahan Kampung, petugas PPL, dan juga pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan program. Kepemimpinan yang kondusif yang mampu menempatkan diri dalam setiap situasi dalam memecahkan masalah serta menciptakan suasan organisasi yang lebih kondusif dalam upaya pencapain tujuan organisasi. Reformasi kelembagaan pada intinya menunjuk kepada bagian struktural dan kultural yang mendukung pengembangan kapasitas.
