Sample of the research is all of pregnant woman who diagnosed with GDM and got treatment at RSUDZA in 2018. From the research we got from 2538 pregnant woman there are 55 of them was diagnosed with GDM. 15 of them (27,3%) had a baby with birthweight >4000gr, and 6 of them (10,9%) had a baby with birthweight <2500gr.
The third-degree burn is a burn that covers the entire layer of the skin, having destroyed the skin tissue that prolongs the healing process because the re-capitalization process does not occur spontaneously. The healing process for burns can be sped up by using traditional plants, including binahong leave. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of binahong leaf extract ointment on the healing of third degree burns and to know the most effective dose for healing third degree burn wounds in white male Wistar rats. This investigation was an experimental laboratory investigation with a post-test only control group design. The animals used in this study are 30 white male Wistar rats that were given a third degree burn on the left back of each rat with an area of 20mm x 20mm. The grouping method used in this experimental study was randomized control studies divided into 5 treatment groups (n = 6 heads) that were positive control treatment, negative control treatment, treatment 1, treatment 2 and treatment 3 20 Measured over days during the study. The results of the statistical tests with One Way ANOVA and another test with Duncan's method showed that there was a significant influence of each treatment group with the highest activity, which was achieved with the positive control treatment, Binahong Leaf Extract Ointment (SEDB) 40%, 20%, was achieved. 10% treatment and negative control. Keywords: Binahong leaf (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.)
