This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at UIN North Sumatra Medan both partially and simultaneously. The research design used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classic assumption tests and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 22 program. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to the sample in this study were 153 employees of education staff UIN North Sumatra Medan. From the results of t-statistic research that the variable remuneration significantly influences employee performance. The t-statistic test results of motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. T-statistic test results that variable job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously it is obtained that F-count is greater than F-table and can also be seen in the probability value smaller than the level of significance. It can be concluded that the variable remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction jointly influence the performance of UIN North Sumatra Medan employees AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh remunerasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UIN Sumatera Utara Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda didukung dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji statistik dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan angket/ kuisioner kepada sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 153 orang pegawai tenaga kependidikan UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Dari hasil penelitian t-statistik bahwa variabel remunerasi signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian tstatistik variabel motivasi signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian t-statistik bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. The purpose of community service activities is to find out the form of millionaire club Indonesia's business operations in the community and to find out the implementation of millionaire club Indonesia's business in achieving Maqoshid Syariah. This community service activity was carried out on April 23, 2022 using the seminar method. The informants in this study were cadres of the Islamic Student Association commissariat of the Faculty of Social Sciences Deli Serdang Branch totaling 25 people. The results of this community service activity can be concluded that the operational form of MCI is selling health and beauty products that already have halal MUI and BPOM certificates by carrying out 7 positive habits known as 7 Victorious Person and the participants can understand the material presented and get alternative solutions in running an MCI business to achieve sharia maqoshid.
