Anahtar sözcükler: Özürlü, Sağlık Kurulu, raporlar SummaryObjective: Because of the need for appropriately collected, detailed data to prevent and rehabilitate disability in our country; were viewed disability cases whom were admitted to Inönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center an daimed to contribute to the data about disabled people. Chronic diseases were observed as the most common reason of disability in adult age group. The fact that mental disability is that much prominent in children age group shows us, family doctors, that we shouldn't only examine children from a biological standpoint but also from a mental standpoint. As family doctors, we should also inform handicapped people who come to the clinic for examination, about social support given by the state.
