AbstrakSaat ini Indonesia sedang menghadapi era Revolusi Industri ke-4 atau Revolusi Industri 4.0. Maka dari itu revolusi industri 4.0 di sektor pelabuhan merupakan hal baik untuk menuju smart port dan smart supply chain. Seiring dengan revolusi industri 4.0 dan teknologi digital, persaingan bisnis dan pembangunan yang semula bertumpu pada pemanfaatan sumber daya alam akan bergeser pada penguasaan teknologi informasi dan kompetensi angkatan kerja. Di sinilah pentingnya investasi SDM. Era revolusi industri 4.0 membuka kesempatan bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor manufaktur untuk memiliki keahlian yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Untuk itu, diperlukan pelaksanaan program peningkatan keterampilan (up-skilling) atau pembaruan keterampilan (reskilling) para tenaga kerja berdasarkan kebutuhan dunia industri saat ini. This research aims to describe the effectiveness and see the tendency of cadets' perceptions of moodle-based online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Economy Mathematics Course. The research population was all cadets who took the Economy Mathematics Online Course at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. The sample of the research were cadets for the Transportation Study Program and Marine Transportation Management Study Program which were selected using a simple random sampling technique by considering population homogeneity. This research is descriptive research with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. The results showed that cadets rated moodlebased online learning in the Economy Mathematics Course as highly effective (10.75%), most of them rated it as effective (50.54%), and rated it as normal (24.73%). Although there are also cadets who consider online learning ineffective (9.68%) and poorly effective (4.30%). Cadets have a positive perception of moodle-based learning in Economy Mathematics Course, both in terms of material, interaction, and learning environment.

ABSTRAKTujuan utama pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola kelas online melalui pelatihan penggunaan media information and communications technology (ICT) bagi guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda. Media ICT yang dipilih oleh guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda adalah berbasis Google Forms dan Google Meet. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi, diskusi/tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung pembuatan media ICT yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan evaluasi dengan pengisian angket respon terhadap kegiatan PKM, angket kepuasan serta angket kompetensi profesional guru. Dari hasil angket menunjukkan rata-rata persentase respon peserta pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan PKM ini menjawab sangat setuju sebesar 70,7%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan dari segi materi, penyampaian materi, proses diskusi serta pelatihan individu adalah 93,3%. Sedangkan sekitar 73,3% menyatakan mengalami peningkatan terkait kemampuan menggunakan media ICT dan  pengelolaan kelas online. Dari hasil pelatihan juga disarankan agar guru-guru di masa pandemi ini lebih  memahami  dan  menggunakan  media ICT agar pembelajaran  lebih efektif dan menyenangkan ­ Kata kunci: kompetensi; media ict; pelatihan; profesional ABSTRACTThe main objective of community service is to increase teacher competence through training in the use of ICT media for PAUD IT and SD IT Harapan Bunda teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja baik fisik ataupun non fisik dari salah satu institusi pendidikan swasta di Yogyakarta yang berlokasi di Akademi Maritim Yogyakarta (AMY) Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan tetap AMY yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial, analisis statistik inferensial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja baik fisik maupun non-fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebosanan kerja karyawan di Akademi Maritim Yogyakarta.
