Medical disposable is one of the important support tools in medical operational and must not be out of stock in order to deliver excellent service in hospital. The pharmacy department has to forecast the demand to supply information for decision making in budgeting. Since the pharmacy still has no forecasting method then in this paper compare single moving average and single exponential smoothing technique.The accuracy of forecasting is the most important and it can be measured with RMSE (Root Mean Square Value). The smallest value of RMSE is having high accuracy of forecasting. The method that has smallest RMSE (66.19) is Exponential Smoothing method with α= 0.1 and be the best option to use a method to forecast the medical disposable supply demand.

The objective of community service which given to the Dharma Wanita Persatuan of Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Regional Hospital is to sosialize the financial technology focusing on uncover the online lending risk. This community service is aimed to bring more knowledge about online lending that will help the member of Dharma Wanita to solve the unknown information of the online lending, so they can be smart enough in making decision to choose and taking the online lending. The service was held for one day at 21st of August 2019, in Medical Committee Room at Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Regional Hospital. The method used was giving speech dan interactive discussion. All attendance were giving positif response about this sosialization service activity.

The aim of this study was to examine the technology for decision support in the selection of baby cream products for sensitive skin in children under three years of age. Babies’ skin sensitivity should be addressed in order to maintain the baby’s skin health, but parents should be more careful with product selection in the number of products to treat sensitive skin in babies on the market. Data sources obtained through random observations, interviews and questionnaires (parents who have babies). The solution provided is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method, which is part of the support system for decision making. Five criteria are used as parameters when selecting sensitive skin product for children, namely: price (K1), type of skin (K2), feeling of brand (K3), interests (K4) and packaging (K5). While the alternatives used based on the interview results are cussons (alt1), johnson’s (alt2), zwitsal (alt3), pigeon (alt4), and sleek (alt5). The results of the Preference Selection Index could be used by analysis of the first recommendation of product alt1 (cussons), a value of 0.978584. The second recommendation of product alt3 (zwitsal) is a value of 0.976655. Research results are hoped to provide a wider awareness for babies when selecting sensitive skin products for three years old.

Abstrak: Computer technology more and more influential in the management of office space at the moment. It is characterized by the more easy it is bureaucracy, the study of grammar of the easy access to information from one point to another. Of course, computer technology will not be such a big contribution to the development of the management of the Government if the role of human resources is not optimized. With respect to the development of computer technology, until now has been a significant development occurred in several areas in regard of the IT application in management offices. Contradictory with the above example, there are still many areas that still have not had the courage or good faith to apply IT in the management of this Office for various reasons. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan.
