The three basic criterions of pumping unit were analyzed. The criterions could be extracted from power curve of pumping unit in one stroke. When the pumping unit was adjusted by one criterion, it could also fit the other criterions. Under this condition the pumping unit could be considered as well balance. The practical testing and data prove that the pumping unit can meet the requirements of criterion one and two, approach criterion three after adjusting by power method.
Electrically Controlled Rotor (ECR) is a new concept rotor system which was brought forward at the beginning of the 21st century. A control strategy of the ECR system is given out in this paper. An adaptive blade pitch control strategy of the ECR system is proposed, which is based on the adaptive filter with least mean aquare (LMS) algorithm. A secondary path on-line identification method with random signal is added into the control system. To eliminate the bad effect of the random signal, a secondary path filter is used. The effectiveness of the control strategy is verified through SIMULINK simulation. The results show that the control strategy can adapt the changes automatically in different filght conditions of the helicopter, and the actual blade pitch value will reach the required pitch value in less than 2 seconds.
The Polymer is one of the efficient ways to increase to the crude oil production rate,but this method has big impact on the properties of crude oil. We studied the differences between the Polymer flooding sample and H2O flooding sample experimentally.The adsorption method was adopted to analyze the content of resins and asphaltenes in the oil samples. By measuring the exhalation rate of the H2O, the stability of the emulsifying properties which are affected by the resins and asphaltenes were studied. Then, we measured the viscosity and the interfacial tension of the crude oil samples to further explore the differences.The results shows that the contents of resins and asphaltenes and the stability of the emulsion in the Polymer flooding oil sample are all higher than that in the H2O flooding oil sample, the interfacial tension and the viscosity of the produced water in the Polymer flooding oil sample are all lower than that in the H2O flooding oil sample.
