A numerical control transformation (NCT) system for a conventional lathe machine is introduced in this paper. The NCT system is considered as the key equipment to the manufacture of the transmission shaft. According to the construction feature and technological requirements, both the hardware and software construction are analyzed, as well as the implementation method of the NCT system. By practical operation, the experiment test result is given at the end of the paper to support the usefulness and practicality of the NCT system.
Impact and vibration are two of the thorniest technical problems to hybrid machine tool. In this paper, the kinematics principle of the hybrid machine tool was proposed as well as the suppression algorithm, which was based on the velocity optimal control algorithm (VOCA.). And this algorithm was carried out after fine interpolation. It was proved by experiment on hybrid machine tool that the impact was reduced effectively by this way. Account for the velocity optimal control algorithm, the velocity performance of the machine was improved, especially when kinematics calculation error occurred.
We can take the approach of mathematical model by establishing accurate mathematical model of small module gear, and will get the data point approximation file to import into UG, and we can realize the precise three-dimensional modelling of small module gear through UG calling data points. We can take the close data as CNC wire-cutting processing node coordinates of programming, and program CNC wire-cutting processing. This can be a very good solution to the small module gear precise modeling and numerical control processing problem.
In order to meet the requirements raised by the surface strengthening and rolling technology of torsion shafts on heavy-duty armored vehicles, an open CNC system, based on PMAC, is developed. The paper covers a detailed description of its hardware and software. Experiments show that the introduction of rolling shafts processed by CNC rolling machines not only improves the surface roughness and abrasion resistance, but also raises endurance strength and production efficiency.
