Perkembangan di bidang internet yang begitu pesat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup. Hadirnya internet tidak hanya pada usaha retail tetapi berkembang juga pada transportasi online (moda online) seperti Go-jek dan Grab, yang memberikan layanan transportasi secara online kepada konsumen. Kondisi ini perlu diperhatikan sebagai penyedia jasa untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model untuk mengeksplorasi anteseden dan konsekuensi dari e-Loyalty, serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh e-loyalty konsumen melalui variabel e-satisfaction serta menganalisis pelayanan dan kepuasan berbasis elektronik membentuk loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.Sampling sebanyak 101 orang konsumen Go-jek dan Grab di Kota Semarang. Penyebaran daftar kuesioner dengan Google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara e-Service quality secara langsung terhadap e-loyalty. Hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service quality terhadap e-loyalty melalui variabel e-satisfaction, sehingga dengan analisis jalur e-satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel intervening. Serta ditemukan pelayanan non elektronik juga berperan dalam loyalitas konsumen. Penemuan beberapa indikator baru untuk non elektronik diharapkan dapat dijadikan indikator dalam penelitian mendatang.
This article discusses the mediating role of motivation to training transfer as mediation in the relationship between supervisor support and transformative learning on lecturer performance. Survey methods and purposive non random sampling techniques were used with the help of a questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale. The number of fit samples was 199 to test the hypothesis. Amos and structural models are used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The findings of the study explain that supervisor support and transformative learning can encourage lecturers to make intense efforts in utilizing the skills and knowledge learned during the training process. The study also highlighted the motivation of training transfer as the key to successfully improving lecturer performance. Training plays an important role in the HRM strategy in an effort to renew the HRM competencies needed by the organization today. Therefore, motivation for training transfer is an important problem faced by professionals in developing HRM. This means that positive transfer training motivation requires that trainees can effectively apply what has been learned to the job, which leads to meaningful changes in performance.
This study aims to analyze the work culture, organizational commitment and the performance of employees in the Sekertariat Daerah (Setda) Jepara Regency with the TULTA Method as a control variable. The sample is the employee of 120 as respondents. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 The result shows that the work culture and organizational commitment are a partially positive significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture and organizational commitment have a positive significant effect on employee performance with tulta method as a control variable, meaning that Work Culture and Organizational Commitment with Tulta Method as control variables mostly can explain Employee Performance variable changes. Based on partial correlation analysis, where Tulta method is controlled (made fixed), between work culture on employee performance is related strongly, and organizational commitment to the employee is related significantly.
Lifestyle modifications are becoming increasingly important, especially following the epidemic era. Healthy living is a continual lifestyle that aids the attempt to transform a healthy culture and the production of healthy cells. A healthy lifestyle is one that consider all facets of a person's health. Not only about food but also about exercise and lifestyle practices. Health is vital to all our actions. One of the important things in supporting health can be done with healthy food intake. Making homemade yogurt, changing other foods, and changing one's lifestyle are all part of this activity. Thus, this activity aims to train partners in yogurt making to build women's resilience in developing local economies and healthy lifestyles. Activities are hybrid, with some participants and resource personnel working online and others offline at the activity site. The method of activities is carried out using lectures, discussions and hands-on practice which is carried out in a hybrid between online and offline. Some participants and resource persons carry out activities online and partly offline at the activity location. This activity is women's independence to build a home industry producing yogurt and other nutritious foods has increased, as has the production of processed yogurt. It is anticipated that the independence of these women will encourage the self-assurance necessary to construct a healthy family and environment, making their residence a place of business and a healthy gastronomic destination at home.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan PD. BPR BKK Batang. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PD. BPR BKK Batang sejumlah 91 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria bukan berpendidikan SD dan SMP, dan bukan pimpinan, didapatkan 77 orang sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Efektivitas kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
