The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the face-to-face learning system to switch to learning from home. This transition makes parents have to adapt to these new circumstances. This study aims to determine the psychological problems of learning from home during COVID-19 in early childhood. This qualitative research with a case study approach involves parents of children aged 5-6 years, schools, and the community in Paya Geli Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study found several problems, namely: 1) Parents became stressed so that violence occurred in teaching. 2) Children become passive, uncreative, unproductive due to stress. 3) gadgets have become a place for children to escape to avoid stress. Thus, it is hoped that parents will be wiser in teaching their children at home to minimize the occurrence of psychological problems learning from home.
<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 > ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 > ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 > Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>
<p>This study aims to find out how a teacher's efforts in increasing student learning activeness in Qur'an hadith lessons through the circuit learning method. In this writing also provides a way of how to use the circuit learning method in learning the Qur'an hadith. Using this method is expected to affect student activity in the learning process and end in an increased understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith lessons. The circuit learning learning model is one of the strategies used in implementing the learning process through a group approach by requiring students to develop words in their own language related to the material that has been studied in groups. This research took place at MTs Alwashliyah. The results of this study note that the circuit learning method is effective in increasing student learning activity as seen from the participation of students in answering and providing comments in learning using the students' own language.</p>
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahuan “penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis <em>E-Learning</em> dalam Pembelajaran Fiqih Kelas VIII MTs Al-Azhar Medan Sunggal”.adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, interview, serta dokumentasi. Menganalisa data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yakni berupa data-data yang tertulis atau wawancara secara lisan dari orang yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini (informan) serta perilaku yang diamati, sehinggga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis <em>E-Learning</em> dalam pembelajaran Fiqih Kelas VIII di MTs Al-Azhar Medan Sunggal sangat mendukung dalam kegiatan belajar mengaja, melalui e-learning siswa tidak akan merasa ngantuk, bosan dan jenuh dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar karena materi yang disampaikan guru pada saat dikelas siswa akan nyambung dengan materi yang diterangkan oleh guru, hal ini dikarenakan siswa sudah belajar sendiri di rumah dan siswa bisa menanyakan ke guru apabila ada materi yang ada dalam e-learning belum dimengerti oleh siswa serta penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis <em>E-Learning</em> dalam pembelajaran Fiqih Kelas VIII di MTs Al-Azhar Medan Sunggal sangat efektif, hal ini dibuktikan dengan sikap antusias siswa ketika menggunakan e-leraning dalam kegiatan belajar, siswa juga menguasai terhadap bahan-bahan ajar yang dipelajari, siswa merasa senang dalam proses belajar, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai ulangan harian siswa berada pada kategori 87,5 artinya sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM).
Mutu pendidikan berorientasi kepada kepuasan dari konsumen pada lembaga pendidikan yang mencakup input, proses dan output pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu hendaknya dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dengan memanfaatkan dan mendayagunakan seluruh komponen manajemen pendidikan. Upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan tidak terlepas dari performance guru sebagai agent of cange dalam pembelajaran, profesionalisme guru berdampak signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Implementasi supervisi akademik adalah penerapan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dibantu oleh pembantu kepala madrasah, dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu dan profesionalisme guru dalam mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggambarkan realitas empirik dibalik fenomena yang ada secara mendalam, rinci dan tuntas. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan secara menyeluruh dan menganalisa fakta-fakta yanr terkait dengan supervisi akademik dalam membangun mutu pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Ats-Tsaqofiy. Data yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik sebagai berikut 1) menciptakan hubungan kerjasama yang akrab dengan guru; 2) menyusun instrumen observasi; 3) melakukan kunjungan kelas;. sedangkan prinsip dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik yaitu : 1) Demokratis; 2) terpusat kepada guru; 3) profesional.
