Background: Healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) are still a major health threats worldwide.Traditional surveillance methods involving manual surveillance by infection control practitioners (ICPs) for data collection processes are laborious, inefficient, and generate data of variable quality. In this study, we sought to evaluate the impact of surveillance and interaction platform system (SIPS) for HAIs surveillance compared to manual survey in tertiary general hospitals. Methods: A large multi-center study including 21 tertiary general hospitals and 63 wards were performed to evaluate the impact of electronic SIPS for HAIs.Results: We collected 4,098 consecutive patients and found that the hospitals installed with SIPS significantly increased work efficiency of ICPs achieving satisfactory diagnostic performance of HAIs with

Abstrac---If second order non-autonomous circuit with damping satisfies certain conditions, the oscillations should contain two components, the self-excited and forced oscillations. This paper, on the theoretical basis of power balance, finds the critical value of this condition. With regard to non-autonomous circuits with no damping, active power can keep balance under any situations. The two oscillation components can simultaneously exist unconditionally. Taking nonlinear conservative system with excited source as example, this paper demonstrates that the circuit can produce chaos in all probability.
Abstract:This paper analyzes the influence of tire pressure and temperature anomalies, describes the importance of TPMS on traffic safety and environmental protection, and discusses our design sketch for vehicle tire pressure monitoring system integrating sensors and radio frequency transceiver. The system can automatically detect the tire pressure and temperature, and send out warning sound in real-time before the accident really happens, reminding drivers to take measures to prevent tire puncture. Further, the system function can be expanded to send a warning signal to the ABS control unit, a control signal sent by the ABS control computer to drive brake in order to achieve an automatic emergency braking function. The tests show that the system can monitor each tire's pressure and temperature accurately and timely, and give an alarm to tire's abnormal situation. As a result, the system can effectively prevent the occurrence of traffic accidents due to tire puncture, and thus has broad application prospects.
The qualitative solutions of dynamical system expressed with nonlinear differential equation can be divided into two categories. One is that the motion of phase point may approach infinite or stable equilibrium point eventually. Neither periodic excited source nor self-excited oscillation exists in such nonlinear dynamic circuits, so its solution cannot be treated as the synthesis of multiharmonic. And the other is that the endless vibration of phase point is limited within certain range, moreover possesses character of sustained oscillation, namely the bounded nonlinear oscillation. It can persistently and repeatedly vibration after dynamic variable entering into steady state; moreover the motion of phase point will not approach infinite at last; system has not stable equilibrium point. The motional trajectory can be described by a bounded space curve. So far, the curve cannot be represented by concretely explicit parametric form in math. It cannot be expressed analytically by human. The chaos is a most universally common form of bounded nonlinear oscillation. A number of chaotic systems, such as Lorenz equation, Chua's circuit and lossless system in modern times are some examples among thousands of chaotic equations. In this work, basic properties related to the bounded space curve will be comprehensively summarized by analyzing these examples.
