The present study was conduct decrease absorption to control and polyphenol oxidase treated S.mutans after mixing glucan T2000.while added dextran T2000 after treated PPO courses blocked.and showed effect inhibited of polyphenol oxidase to inhibited biofilm of Streptococcus mutans, the result study showed no pellicles when incubated with S.mutans but containing biofilm when incubated S.mutans without PPO in the present sucrose.and showed ability of dextran T2000 to aggregate of S.mutans when the cell centerfugied with glucan T2000,but aggregated no observed when the cell centerfugied with water.
