Background: Biomedical researchers often want to explore pathogenesis and pathways regulated by abnormally expressed genes, such as those identified by microarray analyses. Literature mining is an important way to assist in this task. Many literature mining tools are now available. However, few of them allows the user to make manual adjustments to zero in on what he/she wants to know in particular.
This paper studies the aggregate and structural relationship between energy consumption and economic growth of three northeastern provinces using the grey relational models. Result indicates that there exist distinctive internal economic structure in all three provinces. Whereafter we find that the energy consumption of Jilin has the highest correlation to the economic growth of all three provinces and it's dependence of economic growth on energy consumption is loweast in of all provinces using Grey relatonal analysis. At last we come up some suggestion that the short-term dependence on energy consumption in economic growth of the three northeastern provinces in china should not be ignored.
