Human capital resources are essential to enhance performances and to sustain life cycles of a company. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee engagement are key factors of human resources. The objectives of this study were to describe and analyse the influence of organizational culture to employee engagement; to describe and analyse the influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction; to describe and analyse the influence of job satisfaction to employee engagement; and to describe and analyse organizational culture to employee engagement with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The hyphothesis of this study were: (i) the organizational culture has a positive influence to employee engagement, (ii) the organizational culture has a positive influence to job satisfaction, and (iii) the organizational culture has a positive influence to employee engagement with job satisfaction as intervenning variable. This study was a causal research to obtain evidences of causal relationships. The technique sampling applied was a cluster random sampling method with questionnaires as the instrument to collect data whose result processed using method Scala Likert Summated Rating (LSR) with score 1 – 4. Respondents of this research were employees of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera (KBS) – a port services company in the Province of Banten. Respondents of 155 employees were interviewed based on statements in the quetionnaires. This research used technique of path analysis using SPSS software version 20.. The results of this research indicated that organizational culture has a positive influence to employee engagement, job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee engagement, and organizational culture has a positive influence on employee engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh intellectual capital dan knowledge management terhadap peningkatan kinerja penjualan UKM di Kota Tangerang, Propinsi Banten. Sampel berjumlah 98 pelaku usaha UKM Kota Tangerang sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan program Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital dan knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja penjualan UKM. Peningkatan kinerja penjualan dapat dijelaskan oleh intellectual capital dan knowledge management sebesar 89,6%. This observation targets to research the effect of service quality and website quality on Gojek online transportation provider purchasers’ happiness in the new normal. The approach used in this have a look at is causal studies. The sample included 100 Gojek internet users from Tangerang town, Banten Province. Purposive sampling was utilized in this examination. Statistics were retrieved using a questionnaire instrument and processed using the Scala Likert Summated score (LSR) approach with a 1 - 5 scale. SPSS version 25 was used for information evaluation techniques. With a t count of 6.286, the outcomes found a positive and significant effect of website quality characteristics on personal satisfaction. With a t remember of 0.811, there was no positive and significant influence on service quality traits on user satisfaction. Simultaneously, facts processing findings discovered that website and service impacted customer happiness, measured by the computed F value of 59.298. The Tangerang City convection MSMEs experienced a shock from a decline in demand due to economic instability caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Tangerang City MSMEs need a survival strategy to be able to maintain their business in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the MSMEs of Tangerang City are still experiencing obstacles in their entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Tangerang City. The sample is 100 respondents. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the MSMEs business actors in Tangerang City. The data analysis technique used regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 22. This study resulted in both partial and simultaneous entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation having a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. This study found that to improve marketing performance, business owners are responsible for finding solutions to obstacles that occur, proactively see opportunities by innovating to create new products to meet the needs of existing customers and new consumers, seek innovation ideas by listening to consumer desires and making products. that has distinctive characteristics, to continue to innovate and improve the quality of the products produced, and to increase business targets and expand product marketing so as to increase profits. The implication of this research is that MSMEs have to use online technology, namely social media and e-commerce market places in order to reach wider consumers, innovate in design and style so as to increase business profits.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) and analyze the factors that determine them using a two-stage approach to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). DEA in this study focuses on the production, intermediation, and inefficiency causes. This research was done on BPRS across Indonesia. The data were taken from a financial report for the 2013-2021 period. The source of the data was a publication from the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the non-parametric approach with a two-stage DEA method. The input variables were personnel costs, fixed assets, and third-party funds. The result shows that Revenue Sharing, ROA, and Growth have a significant positive effect on DEA. BOPO and inflation have a positive but insignificant effect on DEA. While NPF and FDR have negative but insignificant effects on DEA. Then CAR has a negative and not significant effect on DEA. It also shows that the variables of Revenue Sharing, NPF, ROA, CAR, FDR, BOPO growth, and inflation have a simultaneous effect on DEA.
