This study explains (1) how to perform tahajud (midnight prayer) and dhikr after prayers to improve the spiritual intelligence of students in the Pondok Pesantren al-I'anah Cilegon Banten; (2) factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the tahajud and the dhikr after the prayer to increase the spiritual intelligence of the students at the Cilegon Al-I'ahah Islamic Boarding School in Banten. This research uses a descriptive qualitative case study in 21 students, which was conducted in August -November 2019. Data collection was done through interviews, observation and documentation, with content analysis with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study show that (1) the way of carrying out the tahajud and the dhikr after the prayer in the Pondok Pesantren al-I'anah Cilegon Banten were carried out starting from the preparation stage, the implementation of activities, the stage of self-prayer and the evaluation stage of activities; (2) there are 5 factors supporting the implementation of tahajud and dhikr after prayers to increase the spiritual intelligence of santri in the Pondok Pesantren al-I'anah Cilegon Banten, namely mukim santri (students staying in boarding school), ustadz mukim (teachers staying in boarding school), santri's strong motivation, mosque and toilet facilities support, santri support, and 4 inhibiting factors. However, there are still some students who are weak in motivation, students do not sleep on time, and there are no clear sanctions for students who violate, students' sleepiness.
This research try to describe the effectiveness of special education provision by inclusion model in public elementary schools in the city of Serang after Permendiknas in 2009 by analyzing the effectiveness of tutoring on classifications of Children with Special Needs, factors supporting the effectiveness of tutoring children with special needs in inclusive schools. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. This design has much similarity with quantitative descriptive design. This study using purposive sampling, which the sampling technique with particular consideration or define groups of participants who become informants in accordance with the selected criteria that are relevant to the research problem. The results showed that: First, the implementation of Inclusive Education after Permendiknas 70 In 2009 in Serang City has not run according to applicable regulations. Second, the availability of a tutor Especially for Children with Special Needs in Elementary School of Serang City is unfavorable category. Third, the availability of special services space for children with special needs in Elementary School at Serang City is categorized not good. Fourth, the effectiveness of tutoring services for children with special needs in Serang City Elementary School is still not good enough.

The formulation in this study is how public speaking activities are at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, how are conversation activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, how are students' verbal communication skills at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, and how are public speaking and conversation activities in improving students' verbal communication skills. The purpose of this research is to know public speaking activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, to know conversation activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, to know the verbal communication skills of students at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School and to know public speaking and conversation activities in improving the verbal communication skills of Islamic boarding school students Darel Azhar Rangkasbitung, Lebak. This research was conducted at the Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten using a descriptive qualitative research method with a field research approach. According to Rijali, a qualitative descriptive method is a type of research that has the objective of describing in a systematic, factual and accurate manner the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in which phenomena are described in detail. Field research (Field Research) is defined as one of the methods used to collect data in qualitative research where in-depth knowledge of the literature is not required. The results of this study indicate that the average level of communication skills of students who have participated in public speaking and conversation activities for a long time is in the fairly good category. This the researchers got from the results of observations, interviews with several teachers who were also mentors for public speaking and conversation activities as well as students who took part in these activities. In addition, observations in the form of tests of students' public speaking abilities are also evidence of the research results.
