Sigli City Sub District is one of the Sub Districts affected by the 2004 tsunami. At that time, the community did not understand the danger of the tsunami and did not understand how to save themselves. The purpose of this study was to identify and to map out effective tsunami evacuation locations and routes in Sigli City Sub District using Dijkstra algorithm. Primary data (tsunami inundation) for this study were obtained from interviews with community representatives involving 32 people in 16 villages. Administrative map, topographic map, population density map, contour map and land use map (secondary data) were obtained from relevant institutions. The results of the study indicate that horizontal evacuation can be done through available paved road living the coastal area towads 4 recommended locations based on the physical feasibility of the land. For vertical evacuation, 24 buildings available in 7 villages can be recommended, on the condition that their structural feasibility and access standard are met.

<p>This article discusses about the use of DST as a way to introduce children to the concept of bullying cases among students. As a participatory action research, this research aims to educate students as young learners to aspect of bullying. The term of DST has been increasingly used by scholars to illustrate various forms of support of learning to help young learners learn successfully. Children in the DST creation process enjoyed the stages. It was revelaed that culturally bullying has already being the tradition in some places, children felt strange when they mentioned certain acts as bullying. Through the empowerment of DST project, children are started to be aware that if they do not want to be hurted, hence they mau not hurt any body else.</p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini mendiskusikan penggunaan DST (Digital Storytelling) sebagai cara untuk memperkenalkan kepada anak tentang kasus-kasus perundungan (bullying) antar siswa. Menggunakan mpdel participatory action research, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meng-edukasi siswa sebagai pembelajar anak-anak tentang aspek-aspek perundungan. Istilah DST telah banyak digunakan oleh para akademisi untuk memberikan ilustrasi berbagai bentuk bantuan-bantuan belajar untuk siswa sehingga bisa berhasil dalam pembelajaran. Terungkap bahwa intimidasi budaya sudah menjadi tradisi di beberapa tempat, anak-anak merasa aneh ketika mereka menyebut tindakan tertentu sebagai intimidasi. Melalui pemberdayaan proyek DST, anak-anak mulai menyadari bahwa jika mereka tidak ingin dilukai, maka mereka tidak akan melukai orang lain.</p>

This study examines the effect of Regional Own Revenue, Profit Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and the excess budget calculations on Official Travel Expenditures for District/City Governments in Aceh Province from 2016 to 2019. The type of research used is hypothesis testing. The total research sample for regional/city governments in Aceh Province is 23 regional/city governments. The study used secondary data from LRAs of 92 documents in LKPD for the 2016 to 2019 Fiscal Year (Audited) in 23 districts/City Governments in Aceh Province and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) PAD has no effect on Business Travel Expenditure, (2) DBH influences Business Travel Expenditure, (3) DAU influences Business Travel Expenditure, (4) SiLPA influences Business Travel Expenditure, and (5) PAD, DBH, DAU and SiLPA jointly influence Official Travel Expenditures. So that this research has implications for adding insight to District/City Governments in Aceh Province about the factors that contribute to Official Travel Expenditures and Helps improve accountability and transparency of budget use in official travel.
