<p>The study tested the HRIS variable and job satisfaction on employee performance variables at PT Pisma Putra Textile. The study used a descriptive and qualitative approach, data processing using the SPSS application, data collection techniques using questionnaires, research instruments using a Likert scale and direct interviews with the Head of HRD, IT division, and operational employees of PT Pisma Putra Textile. Data analysis techniques through validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 125 employees. This study shows a significant relationship between the HRIS variable and the employee performance variable with a positive coefficient value of 0.333 and a significant relationship between the job satisfaction variable and the employee performance variable with a positive coefficient value of 0.324. In addition, there is a significant relationship between the HRIS variable and the job satisfaction variable on the employee performance variable with an F-count value of 31,395 and a significance value of 0.000. Thus, the conclusion of this study shows that the HRIS variable and job satisfaction can support improving employee performance, meaning that the first hypothesis (H1) and the second hypothesis (H2) are accepted. Performance can be measured by the results of the work being close to perfect, the results of the work according to the target, effective in completing the work and the work given by the leadership is carried out with full responsibility. While the results of interviews with HRD managers at PT Pisma Putra Textile, the ability of employees to work together with teams according to their respective main tasks in completing work on time can improve employee performance.</p><p> </p>
SMK (Sekolah menengah kejuruan) adalah kegiatan bimbingan belajar vokasi formal dalam mengembangkan bidang keilmuan, kemampuan kepribadian, sikap sosial, pembelajaran, pengembangan karir, perencanaan dan juga bakat siswa dalam memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Berdasarkan data yang ada pada SMK mutu lulusan SMK tidak semua siswanya memenuhi kualifikasi siap bekerja dikarenakan banyak faktor sehingga diperlukan sebuah pengolahan data yang menerapkan metode prediksi dengan teknik data mining. Salah satu teknik data mining adalah teknik klasifikasi yaitu Naïve Bayes, yang mampu menghasilkan nilai akurasi sampai 95.55% dalam memprediksi kesiapan kerja siswa SMK, Namun dari banyaknya faktor yang berpengaruh pada kesiapan kerja siswa SMK maka dibutuhkan penambahan fitur seleksi Backward Elimination yang mampu meningkatkan akurasi menjadi 96.95% dengan mengeliminasi beberapa fitur yang tidak relevan terhadap klasifikasi dan mendapat hasil yang lebih baik daripada menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes saja Kata kunci : SMK; naïve bayes; backward elimination; prediksi
<p>In Sufi dimension, a tarekat is considered a madrasa (school) which leads a <em>mutasawwif</em> to purify the darkness of heart from seven passions, namely <em>ammârah</em> <em>bi al-sû’</em>, <em>lawwâmah</em>, <em>mulhamah</em>, <em>mutma’innah</em>, <em>râdiyah</em>, and <em>mardiyah</em>. These seven lusts should be controlled and merged because they can cover humans from their nature. Under the guidance of the trustee <em>murshid</em>, the <em>mutasawwifs</em> are called and encouraged to reform their selves without seeing disgrace of other people. However, such process would not alienate the students from their social life and daily activities as the common people. Therefore, after two initial phases, namely <em>takhallî</em> and <em>tahallî</em>, a Sufi will reach his or her ultimate phase, i.e. <em>tajallî</em>. For the Sufis, the highest tajalli God is the Prophet. This is because he was the first creature of God and the most complete man (<em>al-</em><em>i</em><em>nsân </em><em>al</em><em>-</em><em>k</em><em>âmil</em>). Muhammad is not a mere man, but he is a manifestation of God’s emanation.</p>
