Reconstruction of the objects, destined for different purposes, has always the same aim, i.e. execution of the woks within the set periods with the smallest possible costs. The practice of the reconstruction works, however, testifies that the timeframes are often violated, which entails enormous losses of resources. The present work is devoted to improvement of the practices of realizing the project of complex reconstructions within the set periods.

The paper examines a conceptual approach to the integration of production with account of intra-system links.

Very effective method of solving a problem of realisetion a building production, is offered. It includes oversystem communications, covers the problems of material’s delivery, transporting terms, volumes of making products, it’s distribution among uses and saling prises (prises of sale).

Design of the logistic system, namely intercommunications of logistic and organizationally-technical measures on the improvement of development of build processes taking into account intersystem connections on joints anddrawn areas. Under the logistic system adapted control the system by measures is examined in the process of production.
