Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB perawat. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat rumah sakit umum swasta tipe C yang ada di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlah responden adalah 85 orang perawat. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling acak proporsional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB.
The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategy model of the Gunung Kawi Cliff Temple in Tampaksiring. The main target of tourism development must be to improve the welfare of the community, especially the people of Tampaksiring Gianyar. Respondents were 74 tourists. The research was conducted by sampling. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine inferential by evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (structural model / inner model). The results show that the attributes of tourism objects have a positive and significant effect on the image, the promotion has a significant effect on the image, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the image, but the image itself has a positive and significant influence on the decision of tourists to visit tourist objects. Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect partially and simultaneously compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar as many as 86 people who are divided into 6 shop sections, namely Beauty, Boutique, Fashion Watch, Fine Watch, Food & Liqueur, and Destination. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar.
Employee performance is the work of an individual from a plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. This research was conducted at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. The number of samples taken was 32 employees, with a saturated sampling method. The research instrument was tested by validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of employees in the production department at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar with the t-calculated value of each variable including work skills (X1) 2.172 and t-table value of 1.701 when compared, the t-count value is greater than t-table and t-count values are in the rejection area of Ho, teamwork (X2) 2,342 and t-table value 1.701, motivation (X3) 3,935 and t-table value 1.701 The results of the f-test show that there is the influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar.
