ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) diupayakan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan tenaga kerja seoptimal mungkin untuk mencapai kesejahteraan tenaga kerja dan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Pengetahuan tentang K3 pada suatu proyek menjadi kebutuhan mendasar terkait dengan potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku K3 pada pekerja jalan Tol di Lembean. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 248 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari populasi. Hasil penelitian didapati dominan pekerja jalan tol di Lembean 96,8% pengetahuan baik dan perilaku dengan kategori sangat baik 85,5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh p value=0,004<0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerja jalan tol di Lembean, dengan keeratan sangat lemah pada nilai koefisien korelasi 0,184 dan berpola positif, dimana semakin baik pengetahuan seseorang maka perilaku tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja semakin baik. Direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan meninjau dari faktor lain seperti sikap, cara penggunaan APD. ABSTRACT Introduction: Hypertension requires lifelong treatment. One influence of the successful treatment of hypertensive patients is adherence to taking drugs through family support roles. Purpose: This study identified the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication for hypertensive patients at the Airmadidi Health Center in North Minahasa Regency. Method: This study was an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 127 respondents diagnosed with hypertension. Results: Dominant family support (84.3%) was included in the low category, and dominant medication adherence (65.4%) was included in the low category. There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence to hypertensive patients (p value 0.016), but the correlation coefficient is weak (r = -0.213) with a negative relationship direction. Discussion: Communities including families of hypertensive patients are expected to take part in improving compliance with taking medication for hypertensive patients, and for hypertensive patients must be more obedient in taking drugs. Rest and sleep are physiological needs that must be met by every teenager. The inability of teenagers in managing time to use social media will have an impact on irregular sleep patterns so that the occurrence of insomnia. This study aims to determine the relationship of the duration of social media use with insomnia in teenager at Advent Klabat Manado High School. The method used in this study is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. Data of 155 respondents were collected using a questionnaire through a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed bivariately using the spearman correlation test. The results of this study descriptively that there were 91 respondents (58.7%) dominant with a moderate duration of social media use (3-4 hours a day) and 99 respondents (56.8%) had moderate insomnia. There is a strong and positive correlation between the duration of social media use and the incidence of insomnia in adolescents at Manado Klabat Advent High School (p value = 0.00 <0.05, with r = 0.739). It is expected that teenagers to reduce the use of social media and replace with other useful activities, for researchers can then analyze specifically the types of social media that are often used by teenagers. Demam berdarah dengue masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan salah satu penyakit menular yang potensial menimbulkan KLB. Jumlah kasus cenderung meningkat dan daerah penyebarannya bertambah luas, sehingga kejadian luar biasa masih sering terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kepastian terjadinya KLB, mengetahui gambaran dan besarnya masalah KLB demam berdarah dengue yang terjadi diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tateli. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan eksploratif deskriptif. Pelacakan kasus dilakukan dengan mempelajari rekam medik rawat inap dan register rawat jalan dari puskesmas Tateli dan data dikumpulkan secara Active Case Finding. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisis data epidemiologi deskriptif distribusi frekuensi berdasarkan variabel waktu, orang, tempat, serta sumber penularan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan telah terjadi KLB DBD dari 37 kasus tersebar di 4 desa di Kecamatan Mandolang Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tateli. Penularan terjadi pada minggu ke-37 tanggal 3 Oktober 2014 hingga minggu ke ke-7 (24 Februari 2015), faktor utama dari kebiasaan hidup dan lingkungan. Kasus tertinggi pada kelompok umur 5-14 tahun dengan jumlah 25 kasus. Attack Rate tertinggi pada kelompok umur 5-14 tahun (0,59%) dengan CFR sebesar 2,70 pada kelompok umur 0-4 tahun. Rekomendasi untuk pihak- pihak terkait baik masyarakat untuk sadar berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, puskesmas, dinas kesehatan, dan institusi kesehatan lainnya untuk melakukan berbagai upaya dalam menekan kasus deman berdarah dengue. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is still a public health problem and one of the infectious diseases that have the potential to cause an outbreak. The number of cases tends to increase and the area of spread is wider so that extraordinary incidents are still frequent in various regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to obtain certainty about the occurrence of outbreaks, to know the description and magnitude of the dengue hemorrhagic fever outbreaks that occurred in the working area of Puskesmas Tateli. The research design used was a survey and observational analytic with a descriptive exploratory approach. Case tracking was carried out by studying inpatient medical records and outpatient registers from Puskesmas Tateli and data were collected using Active Case Finding. The data collection process uses a questionnaire and observation sheet. Descriptive epidemiological data analysis of frequency distribution based on variables of time, person, place, and source of transmission. The results showed that there had been an outbreak of dengue fever from 37 cases spread across 4 villages in Mandolang District, the working area of Puskesmas Tateli. Transmission occurred in the 37th week of October 3, 2014, until the 7th week (24 February 2015), the main factor of life habits and the environment. The highest cases were in the age group 5-14 years with 25 cases. The highest attack rate is in the 5-14 years age group (0.59%) with a CFR of 2.70 in the 0-4 years age group. Recommendations for related parties, including the community to be aware of having a clean and healthy lifestyle, health centers, health offices, and other health institutions to make various efforts to reduce cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever.
ABSTRACT Introduction: Low back pain (NPB) is the second leading cause of global disability in musculoskeletal problems, with the highest prevalence in Indonesia being among farmers. A non-ergonomic work attitude is at risk for lower back pain. Purpose: This study identified work attitudes as a risk in relation to the incidence of low back pain. Method: This study was an observational analytic cross-sectional approach conducted on 32 farmers in Karowa Village using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) to evaluate work attitudes and questionnaires to measure complaints of lower back pain. Results: The working attitude of farmers was 77.4% at high risk and 93.7% of farmers complained of moderate pain. There is a significant relationship between work attitude and lower back pain in farmers with a positive and strong direction. Discussion: The more it is not ergonomic the working attitude of farmers is, the more at risk of developing complaints of lower back pain. Community and farmers are expected to do work safely such as avoiding overloading of shoulders, often changing positions or stretching the body while working, and if possible do work alternately.
