Handling data by doing this manually has a number of obstacles at the Era Medika Pharmacy, including causing errors in checking drug stock once a week, inaccurate recording of incoming or outgoing drug stocks so that there is a mistake in recording the final stock, as well as the results of sales reports use paper. To overcome this problem the drug sales information system is a solution to the drug sales process, and uses the Click to Chat API Whatsapp to facilitate sending messages to drug suppliers. To obtain the data needed during the study, the author uses several method including: interviews, observation, and literature studies. The data obtained then analyzes using the Waterfall method. The results of this study conducted on testing sales applications that have been designed can help to facilitate managers in the sales process that can be accessed online so that it can work effectively and efficiently. With the Click to Chat feature Whatsapp can facilitate messages to drug suppliers according to the contact you want to reach. The results of this study are expected to be useful in the future.
AbstrakLukisan Wayang Kamasan merupakan salah satu kerajinan yang merupakan warisan budaya Bali. Salah satu startup yaitu Way’K menginovasikan Lukisan Wayang Kamasan menjadi produk modern seperti lukisan jam dinding, lukisan lampu LED, dan souvenir berupa plakat. Namun hal tersebut belum cukup untuk meningkatkan daya jual dari seni lukis wayang kamasan karena berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap owner startup Way’K wisatawan kurang tertarik membeli karena wisatawan tidak mengetahui dari makna dan cerita yang terdapat dalam lukisan tersebut, selain itu promosi dan penjualan masih dilakukan secara konvensional mengingat perkembangan zaman memasuki era digital. Maka dari itu penulis membuat suatu aplikasi seni lukis Wayang Kamasan berbasis Android yang dapat menampilkan cerita lukisan melalui kode QR yang dipindai pada lukisan serta terdapat fitur informasi dan pembelian produk secara online melalui aplikasi. Pada pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode pendekatan software waterfall dan menggunakan pemodelan Use Case serta Class Diagram dalam perancangan aplikasi. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework React Native dan framework Laravel dan diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan aplikasi telah berhasil dirancang bangun dan berhasil di uji coba dengan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kemudahan penggunaan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Usability testing dan didapatkan hasil sangat baik. One of the startups, Way'K, innovates the Kamasan puppet painting into modern products such as wall clock paintings, LED light paintings, and souvenirs in the form of placards. However, this is not enough to increase the selling power of Kamasan puppet painting because based on the results of interviews with startup owners of Way'K tourists are less interested in buying because tourists do not know the meaning and stories contained in the painting, besides promotion and sales are still done conventional considering the development of the era entering the digital era. Therefore, the author makes an Android-based Kamasan puppet painting application that can display painting stories through scanned QR codes on paintings and there are information features and product purchases online through the application. In making the application using the waterfall software approach method and using Use Case modeling and Class Diagram in application design. The application was built using the React Native framework and Laravel framework and tested using the blackbox testing method and the application was successfully designed to wake up and successfully tested with the results as expected. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Usaha Dagang “Taru Lestari” memiliki kendala di dalam pengelolaan data keuangan, data stok barang dan penjualan. Terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan penjualan dan pembuatan laporan, disebabkan karena masih menggunakan pencatatan pembukuan secara manual. Tulisan ini bertujuan menyajikan sebuah model Sistem Informasi Penjualan yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode pengembangan <em>software development life cycle</em> (SDLC) berbasis <em>waterfall</em>. Proses perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemodelan <em>Unified Modeling Language</em> (UML), serta menggunakan <em>framework Laravel</em> sebagai <em>backend</em> dan <em>framework VueJs</em> sebagai <em>frontend</em>. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pengguna sistem akhir, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu mempermudah dalam proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan dan penjualan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong><em>: Rancang Bangun, Sistem Informasi Penjualan, Berbasis Web, Software Development Life Cycle</em></p><h1 align="left"><em>Abstract. </em>Trading Business "Taru Lestari" has problems in managing financial data, stock data and sales. Good E-Governments certainly have the ability to provide good information to the public and fulfill aspects of confidentiality, integrity and availability, Kediri in East Java is one of the government that use e-Government. To measure these three aspects the system must be measured. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) is an application that is used as a tool to analyze and evaluate the level of readiness (completeness and maturity) for implementing information security in an organization in accordance with SNI ISO / IEC 27001 criteria. Government of Kediri the score for the electronic system category was 20, for the governance assessment the score was 75, risk management score 18, the information security framework was 58, asset management 74, and the application of security and information technology had a value of 83, and the results measurement says the City Government of Kediri needs to improve the system management.<br />Keywords: Index, KAMI , Security, Information Technology<br />ABSTRAK Penerapan e-Governement dalam tata kelola Pemerintahan di Indonesia saat ini merupakan sebuah keharusan. E-Governement yang baik tentu memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan Informasi yang baik kepada masyarakat dan memenuhi aspek kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability), Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kediri adalah salah lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan e-Government. Untuk mengukur ketiga aspek tersebut sistem haruslah diukur. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menganalisa dan mengevalusi tingkat kesiapan (kelengkapan dan kematangan) penerapan keamanan informasi di sebuah organisasi sesuai dengan kriteria pada SNI ISO/IEC 27001. Untuk Pemkot Kediri didapatkan skor kategori sistem elektronik (SE) adalah 20, untuk penilaian tata kelola skornya adalah 75, pengelolaan resiko skornya 18, kerangka kerja keamanan informasi nilainya 58, pengelolaan asset 74, dan penerapan teknologi keamanan dan informasi memiliki nilai 83, dan hasil pengukuran menyebutkan Pemkot Kediri perlu meningkatkan system pengelolaan system yang dimiliki.<br />Kata Kunci : indeks, KAMI, keamanan, teknologi informas
Classification of blood donor data at UTD PMI Bali Province by applying the C4.5 and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithms. The number of blood donor data donors is 34,948, of which 90% of the data, namely 31,454 is used as training data. Meanwhile, 10% of the data, which is 3,494 data, is used as the implementation of data testing using the Orange application. C4.5 obtained an accuracy score of 92.9%, F1 of 92.2%, Precision of 93.1%, Recall of 92.9%, specificity of 68.2%. While K-nearest neighbor obtained an accuracy score of 91%, F1 of 90.1%, Precision of 90.8%, Recall of 91%, specificity of 63%. With the AUC (Area Under Curve) value for the C4.5 algorithm is 0.875 and the K-nearest neighbor is 0.813 Good Classification. The results of the evaluation using the confusion matrix C4.5 obtained an accuracy score of 92.6%, F1 of 95.7%, Precision of 99.4%, Recall of 92.4%, specificity of 96%. While k-nearest neighbor obtained an accuracy score of 90.9%, F1 of 94.6%, Precision of 98.4%, Recall of 91.2%, specificity of 88.4%. Based on the evaluation of the confusion matrix and the ROC Analysis Graph, the C4.5 algorithm obtained higher results than the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Based on the data on the characteristics of blood donors at UTD PMI Bali Province, it shows that the gender is male, Badung area, Age 20 to < 30, the occupation of private employees dominates in blood donation.
