This article substantiates that the demand for large research projects of the mega class in the field of social sciences is very high today. The system of regulators of public relations is faced with unprecedented challenges: from the need to develop state and world policies regarding the regulation of the use of AI and cyberspace to the determination of the boundaries of the possible replacement of humans with information technologies.
