This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (3) To determine the effect of the working environment and motivation to work together on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that: (1) The working environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that a conducive working environment will be increased job satisfaction. (2) Motivation of work has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that high motivation will be able to increase job satisfaction, (3) The work and motivation to work together to have a significant impact on job satisfaction; the influence is 34.9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya Lingkunagn kerja yang kondosif akan tercipta peningkatan kepuasan kerja. (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya motivasi yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Business competition is getting tougher making the marketing mix used as a tool for tactical marketing tools that can be controlled to produce the desired response in the target market. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of marketing mix-7Ps on consumer satisfaction for the elderly in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique produced 70 respondents. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) empirically proven products, prices, distributions, promotions, and processes have a significant influence on customer satisfaction; meaning that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the more customer satisfaction increases. (2) Empirically proven physical facilities and people do not affect consumer satisfaction; meaning that physical facilities and people do not significantly result in customer satisfaction. Thus the findings of this study prove that physical facilities and people are not the main ones in consuming a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which can be used according to its function.

Tourism plays an important role in increasing the use of labor. The hospitality industry is the biggest part of the world of tourism. The study aims to analyze the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Jaktour employees, which is one of the hospitality companies seen from the organizational culture, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is employees, taking samples using simple random sampling technique obtained 237 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS software which was previously tested by the model. The results of research show that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and communication skills on organizational commitment. There is also a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and commitment to OCB, and there is a significant and negative influence between communication skills and OCB and there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and communication skills on OCB mediated by organizational commitment. The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills. D. This paper performs an investigation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) head of the biMBA-AI-UEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, which is a franchise brand of kindergarten schools in Jakarta. The purpose of the research, is to know and analyze: the direct influence of Organizational Justice on OCB unit head biMBA-AIUEO; the direct influence of Work Involvement on OCB; the direct influence of Organizational Justice on the Work Involvement, and the indirect effect of Organizational Justice on OCB head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit, with Work Involvement as mediation. The study used 140 samples of head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, and collected data by distributing questionnaires. The research uses quantitative methods and data processing using the path analysis. The results of this study prove that Organizational Justice had a positive and significant direct effect on OCB. Organizational Justice that are treated well can be perceived positively for employees to increase their OCB. Research results from work involvement have positive and significant effects on OCB. Even, Work Involvement has the most influence on OCB. This confirms that, high work involvement will also increase their OCB. Likewise, the results of the organization justice have a positive effect on work involvement. This reflects, that employees who are treated fairly by the organization will feel happy and can be a stimulus for them to be more actively involved in work. Whereas Organizational Justice has a positive and significant indirect effect on OCB through the mediation of Work Involvement. Employees who are treated fairly will feel happy, so they can stimulate themselves actively involved in work. This condition then, inspires and stimulates subordinates willing to do extra work that reflects OCB.
