The attitude of an employee towards the work given or done will be shown in job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with their work will have good performance and work to achieve company goals. Job satisfaction can be affected by financial compensation and career development. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of financial compensation and career development on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted on 57 employees of Best Hotel Western Kamala Jimbaran using the census method. The data collected through the distribution of questionnaires was then tested for validity and reliability and then continued with multiple linear regression analysis to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study partially prove that financial compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
