The curriculum requirement requires the lecturer to be creative in developing the learning style. However, in interpersonal skill subject, the lecturer only provides things that available on the textbook conventionally and focusing on the material accomplishment of the curriculum without considering the learning expected output. To resolve that problem, the lecturer needs to modify the learning style by providing a learning innovation. One of the alternatives is implementing game-based learning model by playing media card. Therefore, the research objective was to describe positive effect of game-based learning model towards collegian’s learning motivation and achievement in Interpersonal Skill subject in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The research method used was Quasi-Experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The research instrument used was a motivation questionnaire and learning achievement test. The research result showed that there was a positive effect of game-based learning model towards Collegian’s motivation and learning achievement in Interpersonal Skill subject.

The female workforce has productivity that plays a role and has the potential to support increased household income in rural areas. To provide guidance for women's productivity, a forum in the form of a PKK is needed that can be used by women. The purpose of this study was to identify the internal and external conditions of the PKK, as well as to determine the strategies that the PKK could use in Tabanan City in developing creative economic activities to increase member income. This research was conducted in Tabanan Regency at the PKK of each Village which was carried out from April to August 2020. Respondents consisted of 36 respondents from the PKK and 12 respondents from Kelian Dinas Banjar from the PKK. This research is a descriptive study that uses a strategic management approach, combining SWOT and AHP analysis for the best strategic decision making. The results of the research obtained are internal conditions in the development of PKK creative economic activities in Tabanan City, where the main strength factor is a solid group institution. The main weakness factors are lack of information on getting training activities and limitations in obtaining capital. Furthermore, external conditions in the development of PKK creative economic activities in Tabanan City, where the opportunity factor is good, namely the PKK group has a good image in the village government. For a major threat factor, namely the ease of duplicating products by competitors. So that we get the best strategy that can be applied in the development of PKK creative economic activities in Tabanan City, namely increasing the workforce of distributors to increase sales, in which product marketing requires product affordability to be well accepted by consumers.

Technology Integration of cattle plants in farming is a breakthrough in accelerating the adoption of agricultural technology transfer to rural communities with the potential of each region that optimizes the use of local resources. Rainfed rice fields are a big obstacle in farming production so planning needs to be done in planting agricultural commodities. The aim of the study was to determine the profits and productivity of farming while applying agricultural integration technology to the Tani Suka Mandiri group, knowing the application of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy in the management of farming in the Suka Mandiri Tani Group, Megati Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province.The results of research on farming profits obtained from rice farming during the implementation of agricultural integration technology innovations in Suka Mandiri farmer groups amounted to Rp. 17,925,570.00 with an R / C ratio of 2.22. The application of the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy was carried out in the farmer group of Mandiri Livestock namely to create harmony, between humans and the natural environment, and the implementation of rituals in farming, to create harmony between farmers during the management of farming and human-natural relations that can be seen by using organic inputs in agricultural areas in an effort to improve soil nutrients and obtain organic agricultural products sustainable. The productivity of rice farming after being obtained during the application of technological integration of plant innovation with cattle was obtained at 7.6 tons / ha, with efficiency above 80%.

Banyaknya kejadian gempa bumi yang terjadi di Kabupaten Klungkung, Provinsi Bali membuat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan sehingga mampu meminimalisir jatuhnya korban. Kesiapsiagaan sebaiknya diberikan pada saat usia dini, anak-anak di bangku Sekolah Dasar sampai Sekolah Atas. Panti Asuhan Dharma Jati I merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terdapat di Kabupaten Klungkung, ikut merasakan gempa bumi yang terjadi pada tahun 2020. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara pada pengelola panti asuhan pada saat terjadinya gempa bumi anak-anak panti asuhan yang rata-rata berumur 8-14 tahun panik, bingung dan berlari keluar panti asuhan. Untuk itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengadakan sosialisasi gempa bumi dan mitigasinya pada panti asuhan Dharma Jati I menggunakan meda komik edukasi. Alasan menggunakan media komik karena keterbatasan sarana prasarana yag ada pada panti asuhan tersebut. metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu tahap awal pada tahap ini diberikan soalsoal pretest untuk melihat sejauh mana pengetahuan anak panti asuhan dan tahap kedua adalah tahap akhir yaitu sosialisasi gempa bumi dan mitigasinya lalu diadakan posttest.
