Customary law in Bali is a basis or guideline in carrying out rights and obligations in an indigenous organization, including Sekaa Teruna. The form of customary law in Bali is Awig-Awig, in terms of the preparation of Awig-Awig the concept of wisdom in the community is often adopted as part of the existing peculiarities. The purpose of this writing is for to show that the concept of Tri Hita Karana is able to be synergized in the process of preparing Awig-Awig and become an important part in explaining the relationship of rights and obligations krama. From the study carried out the concept of customary legal order dibali exist in various forms such as awig, awig, perarem, eka eli kita, and others. The concept of Tri Hita Karana is often used in linking the rights and obligations of Sekaa members in the fields of parhyangan, pawongan and palemahan. In the preparation of Awig-Awig Sekaa Teruna Taman Sari is carried out synergy by using Tri Hita Karana as a foothold in describing self-sufficiency in three areas of life.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akibat hukum pidana bagi selebgram yang mempromosikan produk yang merugikan konsumen dengan penyampaian informasi yang tidak benar melalui media sosial instagram. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apa informasi selebgram yang dapat dikatakan melanggar Undang-Undang dalam rangka melakukan endorsement produk di media sosial? (2) Bagaimana akibat hukum pidana terhadap selebgram yang memberikan informasi tidak benar terkait endorsement produk di media sosial instagram?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam melakukan kegiatan endorsement, selebgram dilarang memberikan informasi yang tidak tepat mengenai keterangan produk yang diperdagangkan. Dalam Tindak Pidana Penyertaan deelneming, kedudukan selebgram dalam mempromosikan produk sesuai dengan permintaan pedagang online adalah sebagai orang yang disuruh melakukan tindak pidana (Pleger). Pertanggungjawaban pidana hanya dapat dimintai kepada orang yang menyuruh melakukan (Doen Plegen) yakni pedagang online. Dalam penelitian ini juga tidak ditemukan pengaturan secara khusus mengenai selebgram dalam melakukan endorsement. Pengaturan yang ada hanya menjerat pelaku usaha saja sehingga yang dapat mempertanggungjawabkan kesalahan adalah pelaku usaha yang memproduksi produk.

Using the normative legal research method, the conclusion obtained is that the legal norms of Pratima Theft are regulated in the legal system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. support each other in the administration of the State. The Pratima Theft legal norms are part of the Criminal Law Norms including one of the Areas of Hindu Law which is one of the recognized religious laws in Indonesia, therefore the Pratima Theft legal norms as one of the religious laws (Hinduism) are automatically included as part of and regulated in the legal system in the Republic of Indonesia.
