AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Peranan Puskesmas dalam Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR); 2) Keterlaksanaan program PKPR terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja; 3) Peranan program PKPR terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan focus group discussion. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis interaktif model dari Miles dan Huberman terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peranan Puskesmas dalam program PKPR adalah sebagai ujung tombak pemberi pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat termasuk remaja; 2) Program PKPR yang dicanangkan Puskesmas Buleleng 1 sebagian besar sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun masih terdapat 1 sasaran yang belum tercapai yaitu pembentukan konselor sebaya serta belum maksimalnya sosialisasi kepada remaja secara luas; 3) PKPR dirasakan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi remaja. Kata kunci : kesehatan reproduksi, PKPR, remaja AbstractThe aim of this study was to determine, 1) the role of community health centres (Puskesmas) in the health care services adolescent program, 2) the implementation of health care services adolescent programs on adolescent reproductive health, and 3) the role of health care services adolescent program on adolescent reproductive health. The method used in this study, is qualitative method, by interviews, observation, and focus group discussion. Informants selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion /verification.The results showed that: 1) The role of community health centers in health care services adolescent program (PKPR) is spearheading health providers in the community, including youth, 2) health care services adolescent program in community health centers (Puskesmas Buleleng 1) most have done well, but still there is one goal that has not been achieved, namely the formation of peer counselors and have maximum outreach to adolescents is widely; 3) perceived health care services adolescent program has a very important role for adolescents. The public is increasingly aware of the importance of exercise for the elderly because exercise is an option to reduce complaints due to setbacks and improve the health of the elderly. In fact the implementation in the field is often wrong as in Banjar Benaya which implements routine exercises only once a week with a duration less than 30 minutes, does not pay attention to nutritional needs, does not use sports clothing, and displays that are not clear. The measurement of elderly physical fitness is still relatively low. Based on these problems, improvements were made to the application of ergonomic elderly gymnastics due to improve elderly’s physical fitness and increase the bone mass. This study used a treatment by subject design conducted in April 2017-August 2018. The target population was all elderly in Denpasar and the affordable population was determined by multistage random sampling then selected Banjaya Benaya Peguyangan Village with a sample of 20 people who met the inclusion criteria. The data collection were physical fitness and bone mass. The difference in treatment effects were analyzed using a Paired Sample t-Test with α = 0.05 for data with normal distribution and Wilcoxon test, α = 0.05 for data with abnormal distribution. Data showed that there were differences in physical fitness improvement in Period I and Period II after 8 weeks of gymnastics at 43.43% with very bad categories being bad, the difference in increase in whole body bone mass was 16.76% and leg bone mass 68.67%. Analysis of Paired Sample-t-Test physical fitness data and Wilcoxon test for bone mass data in Period I and Period II after gymnastics for 8 weeks, found that there was a significant difference (p <0.05). It can be concluded that ergonomic elderly gym can significantly improve physical fitness and increase bone mass of the elderly. It is recommended that the elderly continue to exercise with a duration of 30-45 minutes, the frequency of 3 times a week to maintain elderly’s physical fitness.
The learning process involving teachers and students in various activities cause an impact toward learning outcome and learning achievement. Learning outcome in the form of fatigue, boredom and learning achievement relate to the learning condition that applied. One of the innovative learning models was Jigsaw. The learning of innovative jigsaw oriented ergonomic required to create learning condition quality. The aimed of this study was to prove the learning of innovative jigsaw in English subject can increase learning outcome and student’s learning achievement. This research used nonequivalent randomized pre and posttest control group design, involving 33 sampels which choosed become 16 samples in the control group and 17 samples in the experimental group. The data were collected using boredom questionnaire for boredom, 30 Items of Rating Scale for fatigue and rubric of English speaking language for student’s learning achievement. The normality of data was tested using Shapiro-Wilk test. The normal distribution data were analyzed using t group and the data which was not in normal distribution were analyzed using Mann-Whitney test with significance level 5% (?=0.05). The result of the research showed that the learning of innovative jigsaw oriented ergonomic in english subject that applied in experimental group increased the learning outcome seen from the fatigue decreased by 23.05%, boredom decreased by 30.25% and student’s learning achivement increased by 27.91%. It could be concluded that the learning of innovative jigsaw oriented ergonomic in English subjects can increase learning outcome and learning achivement. It is suggested that the learning of innovative jigsaw oriented ergonomic not only applied in English subject and on the tenth grade students of Ma NW Gelondong but can be applied to other subjects, grades and schools.
Entrepreneurial attitude needs to be developed as early as possible so that students have the provision of life skills in the future. Students are expected to become job creators or entrepreneurs when they graduate from school so that students can quickly respond to changes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the science learning based on the Sasak tradition to develop students' entrepreneurial attitudes. The research method used is literature review derived from articles in national and international scientific journals. The results of the literature review show that entrepreneurial attitudes that can be developed include: achievement motivation, taking advantage of opportunities, being creative, innovating, committed, responsible, and independent. One of the science learning models that can facilitate the development of students' entrepreneurial attitudes is the 6E learning cycle model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Exhibit, Evaluate). This model can be related to the traditions of the Sasak tribe, such as weaving typical Lombok cloths that utilize the concept of substances and their characteristics, and making traditional snacks using conventional biotechnology concepts. An entrepreneurial attitude can be developed at each stage, especially at the Exhibit stage, students can exhibit products that have a selling value, such as Sukarara woven cloth and jajan poteng reket. Thus, science learning based on the Sasak tradition is expected to be a strong foundation for further education and to shape the entrepreneurial spirit of students so that they become a generation of superior and character.
