The effectiveness of managing village funds is necessary to be able to run the village government well. Factors that influence the effectiveness of village fund management including accountability, transparency, and community participation. This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and community participation on the effectiveness of village fund management in the Abiansemal District of Badung Regency. The sample of this study was 18 villages in Abiansemal Subdistrict with 72 respondents. The sample selection method used a purposive sampling method, data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency, and community participation have a positive effect on the effectiveness of village fund management in the Abiansemal District of Badung Regency. This shows that the better the accountability, transparency, and community participation, the better the management of village funds in Abiansemal Subdistrict, Badung Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine organizational culture in moderating the influence of internal control and community participation on fraud prevention in managing village funds during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study was 27 villages in the province of Bali with 3 villages in each district/city having the highest Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance, so that there were 161 respondents. Data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Results show that internal control and community participation have a positive effect on preventing fraud in managing village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results also show that organizational culture strengthens the influence of internal control and community participation on fraud prevention in managing village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows that the better internal control, and community participation which is strengthened by organizational culture, the prevention of fraud in the management of village funds during the covid-19 pandemic will be better.
Pergerakan orang antarwilayah dapat mempengaruhi penyebaran virus dalam wilayah tersebut. Status zona pandemi di wilayah menjadi salah satu faktor analisis risiko stasiun sebagai klaster penularan dan risiko penumpang tertular COVID-19 di kereta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko penyebaran virus ketika menggunakan perjalanan dengan moda kereta api dan kebijakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus di stasiun kereta api. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengukuran risiko yaitu pengukuran potensi penyebaran COVID-19 di stasiun Kereta Api. Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat risiko penumpang Kereta Api tertular virus COVID-19. Metode pengukuran konsep risiko terkait dengan fenomena COVID-19 menggunakan pendekatan persamaan risiko dengan parameter Bahaya, Kerentanan, dan Kapasitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus Stasiun Tugu Yogyakarta yang pada saat sebelum pandemi melayani sekitar 1.219 penumpang per jam sibuk. Pada saat pandemi, jumlah rata-rata penumpang per jam sibuk adalah sekitar 189 penumpang dengan berbagai kebijakan pembatasan yang dilakukan. Intervensi yang dilakukan dengan membatasi kerentanan orang (pembatasan jumlah penumpang) dan kerentanan ruang (penerapan pemanfaatan ruang agar lebih terbuka, tidak menumpuk, dan mengurangi kontak) serta meningkatkan kapasitas dengan penerapan protokol kebijakan kesehatan akan mampu mengurangi potensi risiko penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status wilayah merah memiliki risiko dua kali lipat dari status oranye. Status wilayah merah diharapkan menjadi dasar mitigasi kebijakan pembatasan jumlah penumpang yang diperbolehkan naik, peningkatan protokol COVID-19 yang semakin ketat, seperti kebijakan bagi penumpang untuk diwajibkan swab atau tidak, penggunaan alat pendeteksi awal COVID-19, dan pemisahan kereta bagi penumpang yang berasal dari stasiun wilayah berstatus merah. Kebijakan pengurangan jumlah penumpang pada tiap perjalanan kereta mencapai 50% dari jumlah maksimal penumpang sudah sesuai dengan Kajian Manajemen Risiko dalam studi ini karena akan mengurangi risiko lebih dari sampai 75% dibandingkan dengan jumlah penumpang maksimal
This paper entitled “Types of Slang Words in Sausage Party Movie Script”is aimed to analyze the types of slang words and their types of meaning found in the Sausage Party movie script. The data were taken from internet on Tuesday September 5, 2017. In analyzing the types of slang words and the types of meaning used, descriptive qualitative method and theory proposed by Allan and Burridge (2006) that consists of five types and supporting theory proposed by Geoffrey Leech (1974) that consists of seven types were used. The result shows that there are fifty slang expressions analyzed in this study. The major slang used in this movie script is formed by two or more words and achieve it own meaning that are different from the source word. The slang meaning found in this study mostly express the implicit meaning of the expression. It can be concluded that Sausage Party movie script has a relatively exclusive language.
