Penelitian ini mengembangkan model integrasi yang mengacu pada RBV of the firm untuk memahami penguasaan sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan sebagai landasan strategi bersaing dalam menyelaraskan dinamika lingkungan dan peningkatan kinerja usaha. Hasil analisis SEM dari data survei sebanyak 153 UKM yang berorientasi ekspor di Bali membuktikan bahwa kombinasi sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan instrumen strategis yang mendasari UKM untuk menerapkan strategi bersaing, sehingga mampu memperbaiki atau meningkatkan posisi kompetitifnya. Posisi kompetitif yang lebih baik diperoleh UKM, karena mampu menyelaraskan dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang dihadapi, dan menghantarkan UKM untuk meraih peningkatan kinerja usaha. Apabila UKM tidak menerapkan strategi bersaing yang dilandasi pengintegrasian sumber daya strategis dan orientasi kewirausahaan, maka dinamika lingkungan yang dihadapi dapat menghambat atau menurunkan pencapaian kinerja usaha.
Abstract:This study aims to test and analyze the quality of service, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and word of mouth. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Krisna Yuna Dana, Gianyar Bali with the research population are all customers of PT BPR Krisna Yuna Funds both savings, time deposits and credits, a sample of 95 customers using proportionate sampling method. All data obtained from questionnaires are suitable for use, then analyzed using structural equation model based on variance analysis known as Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that service quality has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, service quality has positive and insignificant effect to company image, company image has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, service quality have positive and insignificant effect on word of mouth, positive and significant to word of mouth, corporate image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, corporate image can influence word of mouth through customer satisfaction and service quality can influence word of mouth through customer satisfaction.The implication of this research is that service quality can be improved by paying attention to service guarantee, corporate image can be improved by paying attention to company management. Customer satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to customer satisfaction to product and word of mouth can be improved by paying attention to motivate friend / relation.
Every company must have a competitive advantage to win the market. Important factor to be considered by business actor is consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction must be a guideline to guide the entire organization in order to be able to meet customer satisfaction in order to become a sustainable competitive advantage. Satisfied customers will be willing to recommend to others to take advantage of BPR facilities.
The purpose of this study is to test and confirm the relationship between service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty, in the financial services company PT. BPR Bukit Tanjung Badung. Respondents in this research are the condition of routine transactions at least 2 times and has a minimum balance of Rp.500.000,-. The number of respondents in this study determined 93 respondents by using sampling technique called proportional random sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SMARTPLS 3 program.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer confidence, 3) Service quality has positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction has positive and significant on customer loyalty, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer trust, 6) trust positively and significantly influence on customer loyalty.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze Tik Tok media as the main consideration in purchasing decisions for culinary products and Tik Tok as a medium for promoting culinary products to purchase decisions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample of 120 respondents. The data was collected using Google Forms. Data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative using a Likert scale. Inferential statistical analysis was used to draw inference from the sample to the population and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3.0. The study results found that the more informative the promotion with social media on the Tik Tok application, the more buying interest and ultimately convincing consumers to purchase. Purchase intention has a full mediation effect on the informative indirect effect on purchasing decisions for culinary products.
