This article gives an overview of Moodle Learning Environment, what it involves, how it can benefit your teaching. The purpose is to clarify the appropriate way to reform education and to increase the learning effectiveness, create and introduce the advanced educational systems and technologies. Information and communication technologies have been adopted in education through online learning environments “platforms” and are used worldwide to offer complete courses, or even entire programmes in e-learning mode. Theoretical and methodological base of the research in distance learning is raising the level and quality of methodological, didactic and information-related support of organizing the educational process for students and teachers. Technically, e-Learning system is constructed on the basis of a wide range of software products. As a methodological basis during this study, a descriptive method is employed that permits to look at the issues and advantages of distance learning from different sides. Besides general scientific methods of study, comparison and generalization are utilized in the article. The results are the following. Nowadays, studying has essentially speeded the implementation of various forms and technologies of the e-learning, search for efficient methods of studying, has provoked the necessity for teachers to reinforce their level of mastering information and communication technologies, especially using the Moodle platform. Its main advantages are open, and free access, user-friendliness, tons of activity types aimed toward improving motivation and the interest of teachers, students. The article pays much attention to the peculiarities of using the platform also as offers several solutions for reported issues. Thus, it is concluded that distance learning allows solving a variety of primary problems, which modern society poses to studying, and meets the requirements, and opportunities of recent students. But, like all tools, distance learning has its own strengths and weaknesses.

З'ясовано особливості використання освітніх інтернет-ресурсів, визначено сучасні засоби інтернет-комунікації, що дають можливість швидкого обміну навчальною інформацією, взаємодії між учасниками навчальних проектів, представлено комплекс методів теоретичного дослідження: порівняльний аналіз методичних джерел з метою визначення останніх аутентичних розвідок із проблеми дослідження; аналіз ресурсів мережі Інтернет щодо інтеграції у процес навчання англійської мови різноманітних сайтів навчального призначення; систематизація власного досвіду використання інтернет-ресурсів на заняттях з англійської мови зі студентами.Ключові слова: інтернет-ресурси, іноземна мова, інтернет-комунікація, вебінар, Skype, студенти, економічний профіль. Невід'ємною складовою перетворень у системі освіти нашої держави є розвиток діяльності педагогічних працівників. Електронні ресурси є важливим складником інформаційного забезпечення навчального процесу. Використання інтернет-ресурсів сприяє оперативному впровадженню в практику викладання останніх наукових досягнень і методичних розробок [2].Нині найпотужнішим джерелом інформації в науковій та освітянсько-навчальній сферах є Інтернет.
The article deals with modern means of information and communication technologies that are used in the process of language training of students in higher educational institutions. The relevance of the usage of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in the practice of teaching foreign languages in non-language institutions are considered. The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) is one of the most important components of the learning process. Advantages and disadvantages of modern computer technologies are characterized. The experience of using computer technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages to students in non-linguistic institutions is described. It is pointed out that the experience of using modern technologies in the process of studying foreign languages makes it easier for students and creates comfortable and familiar environment for them. Information and communication technologies (ICT) helps students to overcome the language barrier and psychological complexes. Thanks to multimedia resources and the Internet the study of foreign languages can be carried out beyond the limits of practical lessons. The latest achievements in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) provide an opportunity to reveal the creative potential of students, which makes the learning process of foreign languages more interactive, entertaining and productive. The methodology of teaching a foreign language nowadays continues to develop actively; effective teaching systems are created using various means and forms of presentations of lexical, grammatical and speech material. In the complex, all learning systems form the communicative as a whole and the skills and abilities of oral and written speech in particular. But achieving the final goal of mastering a foreign language depends on many factors, one of which is the correct selection of teaching methods.
The article analyzes the contribution of Professor Leonid Ushkalov’s scientific works to the intellectual matrix of Kharkiv Philological School and Skovoroda studies. He outlined in his researches such complex problems of literary and philosophical reasonings by H. Skovoroda as the source of his works; genre-artistic features of his poetry versification; a fable definition by Skovoroda as an independent literary genre of philosophical style, and a parable as a model of a fable and philosophical dialogue peculiar fusion; vivid mythological and biblical imagery and the original structure of treatises; deployment in magnificent Baroque forms and in biblical, mythological, emblematic images in the plane of Christian Neoplatonism of philosophical and theological thoughts in the theologian’s «Socratic» dialogues; Skovoroda’s Biblical noematics and heuristics as a text comprehensive allegory of the Holy Bible; the influence of works by Skovoroda on the new, modern and contemporary Ukrainian literature and a great number of other issues, each of which has the prospect of deploying into a separate Skovoroda studies discourse. In particular, it is stated that L. Ushkalov offered more than three hundred themes for further works about H. Skovoroda’s creative activity.
