The complex of pedagogical conditions was substantiated in this article: 1) stimulating of the volitional qualities of young volleyball players by complicating the conditions of the educational and training process. Difficulties and surprises that are possible during the game were regularly included in the training process in a certain methodological sequence; organization of difficulties that arise when sportsmen master the technical and tactical techniques of the game; in addition, during the physical training of young volleyball players; 2) increase in emotionality of educational and training process. It is aimed at the using of techniques, which associated with the using of the movements, of the external influences, of the modeling a variety of unexpected game situations, that help reduce or increase the level of emotional arousal; 3) interaction of subjects of activity that are part of the pedagogical system “ pupil – coach – sports team”. It means that the teacher creates some attitudes in athletes to develop of the purposefulness, of the initiative and the responsibility to teammates.When there are attitudes, it determines the development of other emotional and volitional qualities of the personality of a young volleyball player and emotional and volitional maturity.
The problem of upbringing of difficult teenagers in pedagogical theory and practice has been and remains the subject of special attention of pedagogical scientists were found out during analyzed scientific works in this article. The difficult teenagers in educational terms – are just ordinary children who have a specific personality particularity, namely, they are difficulties to upbringing. The children who are the difficult to upbringing, they are characterized by developmental defects and violations of norms and rules of behavior. This is why the difficult teenagers need the formation of moral and volitional qualities, the formation of socially significant value orientations, the mobilization of personal resources and sustainable socialization extremely hard.The complex patterns of adolescence, negative socio-economic and political processes, the parental views on upbringing and their pedagogical methods, shortcomings in the work of educational institutions also were mentioned in this article. And the category of difficult teenagers arose as a result of these influences.The essence and content of the concept the «difficult teenagers» has been determined in this article.
In this article the model of formation of moral and volitional qualities of pupils using sports games and the complex of pedagogical conditions were theoretically substantiated (stimulating of the volitional qualities of young volleyball players by complicating the conditions of the educational and training process;increase in emotionality of educational and training process;interaction of subjects of activity that are part of the pedagogical system «pupil – coach – sports team»), which is based on a system and activity approach. The general didactic principles of learning and the principles of physical culture tools using were using in this model and pedagogical conditions. It was coach-led educational and training lessons and volleyball competitions, where it was taken into account the age characteristics, physical and individual development of pupils.The model is considered as a set of target, organizational and substantive, procedural and diagnostic blocks, which are interconnected and allow to organize and carry out focused and targeted work of the coaches and the pupils.
